Recently purchased to apply an oil based solvent to my stamped concrete courtyard. The product is of high quality, excellent stainless steel and has good instructions included. It's easy to operate. After spraying the solvent and then also spraying a water based solvent on my flagstone patio, I developed a very small leak (drip) from the front nozzle. I discovered a cracked gasket. I used the easy online chat to submit a photo and ask for a fix. PetraTools (and Mikki, in particular) were fast and friendly with the necessary replacement part and are sending me a new wand! Very pleased with the service! Also Mikki went ahead and registered my product for extended warranty.

The product exceeded my expectations, first impression was WOW , excellent quality, I havenโt used it yet but cannot wait. UPDATE: May 30 , 2023 , While using the sprayer I noticed the โ Stem threadโ on the Relief Valve was cracked, I sent a photo then called Petra tools and talked to JEN ,within minutes she returned my call and told me the replacement part will be sent to me within a few days, Now thatโs โ customer service โ ๐๐

I used this to spray liquid ice melt on my driveway. Once I pumped it up I didn't have to pump it up again. This is a solidly built unit that should handle a wide array of chemicals. It comes with extra washers, an adjustable cone tip and a fan tip. The only minor problem I noted was the wand didn't fit in the holder if the fan tip was on the wand. There have been some reviews of user's having the unit fail after using a specific chemical. If you are not sure if you can use a specific chemical with it, reach out to Petra Tools support. They have always been very responsive to me, and they will tell you if you can use that specific chemical with it. Also, please note that the spray trigger locks in place. Since someone left a bad review that it wouldn't stop spraying, I'm pointing that out so anyone else can check to make sure that the trigger is locked before pumping it up.

The sprayer was utilized to apply solvent based waterproofing product. - The sprayer hose was damaged internally by solvent. It disinegrated. - The Orange seal between pump handle and pump can broke down and pieces ended up clogging nozzle. The sprayer lasted for 2 uses of 1 hour each and had to be diposed of.
