Just so impressed with both the product and the customer service! Right when I saw the box alone, I thought quality. After opening it up and handling the product, I could just tell it was quality. How many times have you bought something on Amazon that comes with a piece of paper with improper English and they call that a manual? You get a quality manual with this! I tested the product with water and it worked great. I contacted the customer service and Anne was VERY helpful with some questions. The nozzle it comes with sprays real far. I had bird crap on my porch and didn't want to use a hose since water can get into the foundation. This tool and this laser blast mode just kicked the crap out of the crap! Then just today I finally used it to spray weed killer over almost 10k square feet. It worked fantastic! I used 10 gallons to spray and then, per the manual care instructions, I put dish soap and 2 gallons of water and sprayed clean the inside of the machine. So 12 gallons and the battery did not die on me. I spent 130 on this on sale on Amazon.... 100 percent worth the money. I'm very happy that I didn't buy that cheaper one that is listed as a best seller. Made in usa too so no tariff! Buy this for yard work, you will love it!

I purchased the Petra Tools heavy duty SD2000-S electric sprayer on March 24, 2025. The sprayer is well built, easy to use and clean and has plenty of power and spray quality. After 2 months of using it I started having problems with the battery not holding its charge. I contacted customer service and my call was quickly returned by Anne. Anne was very responsive as I explained the problem that I was having with the sprayer. She asked me a couple of questions attempting to diagnose the problem by texting back and forth. Since we couldn’t resolve the problem from our conversation Anne informed me that I will be receiving a brand new sprayer in a few days at no charge. Although I had a problem with the sprayer I still gave it 5 stars because the company backed their product and I definitely recommend this product and I will buy it again if I ever need another one in the future. I’m giving a shout out to Anne for her passion for helping this customer quickly and with a professional attitude! Thank you!

I usually don't write reviews but, in this case, I feel like I should for the product and the company. I received my sprayer, put it together and charged overnight. Filled with water and tried it out. It was just what I wanted spray and not worry about pumping. I noticed I had issues with the pump not starting when I first turn it on but then it would start working. It did this intermittently. I felt that it was an issue worth asking about. I sent an email to petratools and to my surprise I had a response within the hour (this was on a Friday afternoon). they sent another email with videos(email from Sierra) and then another to tell me this was not normal, and they would replace the sprayer. I even got a phone call later to see if I had any other questions. The caller was Christina; she was very courteous knowledgeable and put me at ease about my problem. She told me I would receive a new sprayer that next week. I was amazed how efficient they were I have never had a company respond like this. I received my sprayer the next week and it has worked great. the sprayer is very quiet, strong spray and of course no pumping. I would highly recommend this sprayer despite the switch problem on the initial one. The response and customer care alone makes it worth it. Thank you, Christina, Sierra and petratools.

I received my HD2000-S and I could not get the sprayer to work, so I called customer service and a very nice person by the name of Christina took my call, she informed me that I needed to have the sprayer primed in order to work but unfortunately this still wasn't the issue, without any hesitation she had me text over the order number and my name and address so that Christina could send me a whole new sprayer and to make it hassle free, I didn't even have to send back the original sprayer, she said I could keep it for parts, I received the new one within 3 days and it worked perfectly. This is the first time I dealt with such great customer service, Christina was very nice and she made this experience hassle free, Petra is a great company in my opinion and they stand by their products, Thank-you so much Christina and Petra tools.

My sprayer quit working a couple days past the four week return date. I was loaded up with chemicals and all already to spray and nothing. I contacted the 800 number on the front of the sprayer and talk to Anne in product support and she walked me through a few steps and realized it was not going to work and is sending me a new one. The reason I’m giving it five stars is because the incredible customer service. I hope this one lasts.

Well made and a nice instruction book with pics and easy to read. I found the booklet lacked telling you what the bag of washers were for or where they go and how to change so I needed to contact company to see if I needed to put them on before use. It did not tell you what each nozzle did or if it can be adjusted. I first fill with water to test after charging battery. I found that it does spray up very high on my raised ranch which I was looking for and alot of steady power and stream. BUT while I was testing the connector that attaches to the bottle became very loose and I didn't realize it until it leaked all over my shoe. I had made sure that everything was tight so I was shocked it loosened up. It was only like 5 min I was testing it. I was very thankful that only water was in the bottle and not poison ! I used a tool and tightened as much as possible but now I'm afraid I will get poison on me if I go to spray for bugs. I will update if I try again. So if it doesn't keak I think it will be a great product
