Had a small issue with a nut missing and Tin shipped me a new Spray pistol! Had a general question and their main tech took the time to answer the question. Used the unit for 2 hours on 5 acres and the whole experience was wonderful. With a full 12 gallon load the wheels moved fine. 130 ft hose helped a lot. Super easy to use. I followed the videos and wrapped the ends with tape and there wasn't a single leak. I really like that the unit is in sections that can be replaced if every necessary, instead of having to scrap the whole unit. I used the big fan nozzle to spry weed killer on the driveway, around all the out buildings and it was easy and actually kind a fun. Wish I would have bought this a long time ago. I know if the unit has issues in the future...the support rocks! ... show more

I’m not one to leave reviews but I feel like these guys deserve it. This sprayer is absolutely perfect for my application. I have a specific purpose for this sprayer and have been looking for a machine like this for a while. Having 12 gallons on a cart, with a 1gpm pump and 100 feet of hose makes this product highly convenient for any guy who is just starting out and can’t spring for a large spray rig just yet. One of the attachments that the sprayer comes with is the perfect size for a teejet nozzle (or similar nozzles) so there’s no need for any special conversion pieces for the tips I use. The reel has practically no resistance when pulling out and reeling in the hose, the pump has variable pressure so you have more control over your rates. Quick connects for your guns gives you the option of switching out attachments without needing to mess with hose clamps and barb fittings. Easy access to the pump and battery for servicing if necessary. And their customer service is great. I will be sure to come back with an update if anything changes or goes wrong, but so far I am loving it. Thanks Petra, you seriously hit the nail on the head with this unit! ... show more

    • The idea is great, execution not so much
I bought this to spray a gravel parking lot. It was easy to assemble. However fully loaded it doesn't roll on gravel worth beans nor grass. It rolls and maneuvers on concrete like a dream. I put bigger solid rubber tires on the front and back so I can roll it on gravel. I was able to use it one time after the headache of priming it. I had to take a hose off the control box and squeeze soapy water into the pump. It worked great after that one tank full. Once I emptied the tank it wouldn't prime again. So I contacted customer service and they sent me a new control box. It didn't work. So going to get a different pump from amazon or ebay and see if that fixes it. It's a nice idea but between the wheels not being big enough and the pump not working it's useless to me. They should have put bigger wheels on it and mounted the control box lower so the tiny pump has a better chance to work. The 130' hose and hose reel is great and the wand is nice. ... show more

    • Overall seems like a solid product. I have some advice for the PetraTools company.
Disclaimer: I just finished assembly today and tested it with water, but this review may still help someone looking to purchase, along with PetraTools. I purchased this because I have recently been diagnosed with a brain disease that slowly takes away my ability to walk, but for the time being I have bad balance so it is rather difficult to strap a 4 gallon backpack sprayer on my back and walk with it, although I do do it with Round Up. Pros: 1. I found no other wheeled spray cart like this that held enough liquid to spray both my front and back yard without refilling. 2. It's a pretty simple/straight forward setup/assembly 3. Overall a good design that needs some tweaks Cons: 1. It is difficult to tighten the input and output ends of the hose onto the battery box. Maybe a spacer would help this. Specifically, it's impossible to hold a wrench onto the nut located on the battery box while using the other wrench to screw on the hose end. 2. The tank lid does not screw onto the tank very smoothly. Even the cheap $10 pump sprayers have much smoother lids. 3. The instructions need to be modified. It looks like the spray shaft end has been redesigned to have less parts, but the instructions still mention it (the orange piece). Also, there are other parts of the sprayer that were already assembled before shipping, and the instructions don't reflect this. 4. The worst and most annoying thing: The two open ends of the frame that the handle slides and locks into were severely bent. The openings with nearly identically a half moon. The end of the handle is round, so obviously that won't work. I had to bend open the ends and shape back to a circle the best I could with a screw driver and then jam both sides of the handle on with a hammer and a towel to protect the finish. It's possible this happened during shipping, but it was packed pretty well, so this seems unlikely. 5. The welds are pretty bad. 6. The teflon tape is difficult to wrap on threaded ends because of how narrow the threads are. The teflon tape is twice as wide. I'd suggest looking into threaded ends that are pre dipped in some type of sealant before shipping. Similar to the air hose fittings you will find at Home Depot. It would make assembly much easier and will save you from people complaining about leaks. In summary, so far I don't my purchase at all, but there are some things that need to be ironed out to make it worth the premium price. Some slight revisions and better quality control would help immensely. Despite all the need for improvements, I can't wait to use mine! ... show more

As the name implies, it is a BEAST. THE 100’ hose saves me from having to haul the sprayer around as much as my old unit. The battery lasts longer than you will, I’m on 2 acres and it had plenty of juice for the job and the cleanup. Mikki in customer support was awesome to work with. My sprayer apparently got dropped hard in shipping and the reel was bent and the swivel fitting was damaged. She sent me a replacement very quickly that got me up and running.
