Fencing is not as sturdy as you would hope. Tie every loop to frame or dog's will get out. Kinda disappoint for the price.

We hadn't purchased a kennel like this online before, so we were apprehensive about the build. I've built MANY fences and kennels where we purchased supplies from our local feed and hardware store, so I'm not a novice DIYer. The quality of materials and the fit and finish were very impressive. They obviously did a good job with preliminary engineering as well as sourcing materials. All the bolts and other fasteners were there, all the pieces were clearly marked corresponding with the instruction pamphlet, and they even included a set of work gloves. Plenty of fence was included, too. No complaints. All in all, the price was right, and the project went smoothly. I definitely would recommend this product and seller. The only problem was that the puppies we put in it were so small, they could walk right through the fence mesh. :-) ... show more

Product is DECEIVING !!! Product image on the web page shows a tight fitting canvas for a roof top covering and in fact it is a thin plastic loose flimsy covering it is not what is shown on there image or in its description, also the five star reviews listed under the product ,there is only one verified 5 star purchase , if there had been verified purchases on their reviews it would of been more informative to deciding whether to purchase or not.,For sure this $500 purchase is certainly no value for the money ... show more

    • Improvements needed for safety

This dog run isn't bad, but improvements could be made.if your dog tries to stand up on their hind legs their feet and snout could be cut from the wire mesh. The wire mesh sticks above it metal frame creating a risk of the pet being injured. This is disappointing considering the price. The only idea we had was too use pool noodles cut down length wise about 3/4 of the way to cover the sharp edges. This addition helps but should have been seen in the design so that it wouldn't have to be done after the consumer assembles the unit. There are opportunities for improvement on the design for safety. ... show more
