I ordered a crystal chandelier (Order ID: [Order ID]) which unfortunately arrived in a defective and broken condition. I must express my disappointment with the product for several reasons. Firstly, the chandelier was significantly heavier than I anticipated, making it extremely difficult to handle independently. As an over-65 disabled senior, this presented a significant challenge for me. Additionally, the product needed more user instructions, hindering my ability to install and utilize it properly. Due to the aforementioned difficulties, I cannot carry the chandelier to a return location. I request your assistance in resolving this matter. Given my circumstances, I would greatly appreciate it if a return could be arranged from my address or if an alternative solution could be provided. The design looks exactly like the picture, I would say even better when you put it together. It also comes in with a remote control and has 4 different shades from cool to warm. However, it's delicately designed because if you are not careful the main headboard can crack. If it does crack; the seller works with you but just getting it up there you have to have 2 to 3 people and also you should be very careful handling it so it doesn't crack or break during installation. The mirror part has a protective cover that is supper hard to come off after installation so make sure you take it off prior to installation and cover the mirror part with something else that doesn't get damaged or scratch while you install. To me it was worth it because I think it's very unique and beautiful. ... show more

I am absolutely in love with this chandelier. I was looking for something close to ceiling but everywhere I looked, there weren't many options to choose from plus all the chandeliers I came across looked bland/boring. When I stumbled upon this chandelier specifically, I decided to order it and give it a try. I am so happy I did. The pictures don't do justice to how this looks in person. This chandelier brought a perfect balance of classy yet elegant look to my living room. And while I purchased this chandelier for my living room, I have to say you can really put this in any room in the house because of its natural look. I hate flashy things but surprisingly, this chandelier strikes the right balance and was the perfect addition that made my living room the best room to hang out in now. I didn't realize when placing the order but the chandelier has multiple light settings (so you can either make the light bright, warm hued or dim- really depends on your mood and occasion). The best part: it comes with a remote control (which I didn't really see advertised). All this said, the part that impressed me the most is the excellent customer service I received. There was a question with my order and the seller was prompt in answering any questions I had and overall, ensuring excellent customer service throughout.
