I am absolutely in love with this chandelier. I was looking for something close to ceiling but everywhere I looked, there weren't many options to choose from plus all the chandeliers I came across looked bland/boring. When I stumbled upon this chandelier specifically, I decided to order it and give it a try. I am so happy I did. The pictures don't do justice to how this looks in person. This chandelier brought a perfect balance of classy yet elegant look to my living room. And while I purchased this chandelier for my living room, I have to say you can really put this in any room in the house because of its natural look. I hate flashy things but surprisingly, this chandelier strikes the right balance and was the perfect addition that made my living room the best room to hang out in now. I didn't realize when placing the order but the chandelier has multiple light settings (so you can either make the light bright, warm hued or dim- really depends on your mood and occasion). The best part: it comes with a remote control (which I didn't really see advertised). All this said, the part that impressed me the most is the excellent customer service I received. There was a question with my order and the seller was prompt in answering any questions I had and overall, ensuring excellent customer service throughout. Don’t be fooled by the claims and some good reviews. This product is like made in someone’s garage. I bought the largest one and so far three electricians came and refused to install it. It is not installation friendly, it is very heavy and dangerous. I got in touch with seller and got no real support. Sacar el papel protector negro del cristal antes de subirla luego es muy engorroso el removerlo.
