I’ve had this collar for a month & wanted to love it. I absolutely need my puppy to be lit when on the trail in the evening. The light is bright. Be careful bc if your dog rolls or lays on the collar with the on off switch to the ground it will change or turn off very easily so I kept on flashing mode as when I had in on solid she rolled & turned the collar off. The collar is best for non active dogs. My pup loves to run, play, splash in the steam & get sticks. The 2nd time the collar got wet it went haywire. It turned on & off flashing to solid on its own & stayed lit for over 24hrs! I had faith and after waiting a long time to dry it out, I decided to plug it in to see if it would go back to normal & it did! I continued to use it for a few weeks with no issues until a few days ago all the lights went out except for the 1st light by the power box. Now it’s not worth using bc there is not enough light. I tried to fix it but it will glitch on & go right off again. I really wanted this to be her collar for evening hikes on the trail but I can’t afford to buy a new one each month. This collar would be great for an older dog who doesn’t play & run off leash or go into water. It’s best if you are just going for a regular leash walk evening or nights.
