Features

  • Revolutionary Reusable Spool! No more hub waste. Just buy replacement refills for endless use. Seamlessly compatible with Bambulab and MarsWork filament.
  • Premium PETG Filament (1.75mm): Experience the best of both worlds with our PETG filament, combining the strength of ABS and the user friendliness of PLA. This high-quality filament is odorless, non-toxic, and environmentally safe. Its superior toughness ensures durable, impact-resistant models with no cracking or warping, even during repeated bending, thanks to its high elongation at break.
  • Tangle-Free for Smooth Feeding: Say goodbye to filament jams and tangles. Our PETG filament is wound using an advanced precision system that guarantees 100% neatness. The larger inner spool diameter also ensures smoother feeding, reducing the risk of interruptions or breakages during printing.
  • Optimized Printing Settings: For best results, print our PETG filament with a nozzle temperature between 220-250C and a bed temperature between 65-75C. We recommend drying the filament before use for optimal performance.
  • Why Choose SUNLU Official PETG: Our filament boasts a dimensional accuracy of 1.75 +/- 0.02mm. This exceptional precision ensures compatibility with nearly all 1.75mm 3D printers and can be adapted to Bambulab's AMS & AMS Lite, making SUNLU the trusted choice for reliable, high-quality prints.

  • Phenomenal mechanical toughness and a beautiful semi-gloss finish—the ultimate bulk shop bundle!
Color: A-petg-2kg-black+white
I picked up this 2-kilogram SUNLU PETG filament bundle (featuring one 1kg spool of Black and one 1kg spool of White) to mass-produce functional shop brackets, structural electronic housings, and custom tool storage arrays. When you are running a high-volume workshop, having a dependable supply of neutral-colored engineering plastics is a must. This collection completely delivers, offering industrial-grade impact toughness and highly predictable, low-warp printing behavior. Why this black and white bundle is an exceptional workshop asset: Exceptional Structural & Shear Strength: The structural layer fusion on this PETG blend is outstanding. Once printed, parts handle physical torsion, impact stress, and continuous mechanical friction beautifully. Unlike standard PLA which can snap under sudden loads, these components feature excellent material flex memory—meaning structural brackets stay perfectly rigid without fracturing under load. Impeccable ±0.02mm Sizing Uniformity: I checked multiple points randomly across both the black and white spools using a digital caliper, and they are highly uniform. This absolute manufacturing control is essential for preventing sudden flow fluctuations, yielding exceptionally clean outer walls with zero under-extrusion gaps or z-banding. Beautiful, Low-Odor Fluid Dynamics: True to its claims, this filament is completely odorless during high-temperature extrusion passes, making it an absolute pleasure to run on a desktop machine. It melts smoothly and exits the nozzle with excellent viscosity, leaving behind a crisp, uniform semi-gloss finish that looks incredibly high-end. Makerspace Setup & Printing Calibration Tips: A Thorough Baking is Critical: While this bundle arrives beautifully vacuum-sealed, all PETG is inherently hygroscopic. To completely eliminate micro-stringing, fine hair wisps, and surface bubbling, I highly recommend baking the rolls at 65°C for 6 to 8 hours in a dedicated filament dryer before hitting print. My Settings: I achieved ironclad structural layer bonding running a 245°C nozzle temperature, an 80°C bed temperature on a textured PEI sheet, and dropping the part cooling fan down to a conservative 10%–20% to guarantee the absolute toughest structural bonds. The final takeaway: SUNLU has delivered a premium, high-durability material bundle that gives you an unbeatable combination of rugged mechanical utility and value. It completely removes the brittle fracturing limitations of basic plastics, handles mild outdoor and engine bay thermal conditions cleanly, and winds perfectly tangle-free onto the spool. Getting a 2kg black and white pack offers fantastic volume longevity for outfitting any functional engineering workshop. ... show more

  • Very good PETG (&brand) overall
Color: C-petg-1kg-transparent
This is a great PETG overall, the spool has no kinks, overlapping or bad windings. It's rolled very well, from what I gather it is pre-dried based on how it prints but running any filament through a cycle is never a bad idea. The PETG polymer is high quality, I have used this brand quite a bit and it's always the same case, it comes ready to print and prints well. Regardless if printing at higher speeds or at 60mm/s as long as you do your due diligence and follow the manufacturers recommendations you're going to get good prints. Most of all the negative reviews, I'd be bold enough to say its user error not the product. (And no, I'm not paid or receive anything free for this, just giving an honest review) In regards to the clear and clarity, this PETG has the ability to print extremely clear, not cloudy a long as you have your settings set to print slowly, hot and 100% infill. It is best to print on glass as this is as smooth as you're going to get. The key is to remove all texture and air. Dry the filament before using as well if you're going for the perfectly clear (as best as can be with FDM) I was able to design a key tag with the key it was for and print it with the lettering inside of the print so that both the top and bottom are smooth. It also works great as a light diffuser allowing more of the light through than trying to go with white. This goes back to settings. In this case you're purpose is to achieve cloudiness. If you're using LED's its important to remember not to have the light facing the printed area as it will show each individual light unless using COB lighting. The best is COB and the neutral IMO. ... show more

  • Very strong with a resin-like gloss
Color: C-petg-1kg-space Grey
Best PETG I’ve used in 2500hrs of print time. By miles. Color is the only potential issue I’ve found with it — definitely not what I’d call “space gray”, should really be called something like “milky gray”. The other reviews complaining about the color actually convinced me to get it — I was in the market for PETG that would match my Bambu A1, and this is close enough. For reference, it’s slightly darker & warmer than the printer’s gray, but lighter & less saturated than something like polymaker’s matte muted white PLA. Now for the PETG itself. I am about halfway through the spool with no tangles or dust etc., it’s neatly wound and extremely well-behaved (even at 125% “sport” speed). There was a little stringing at first, but after only 6hrs in the dryer at 55°c, every single print has come out flawlessly with the nozzle at 235°c (the “generic PETG” setting is too hot for this one). Frankly stunned by the layer adhesion. I’ve dealt with PETG that doesn’t do well in this regard, and the difference is night & day. Layer lines just kind of melt into a liquidy gloss. Note: the latter makes default supports nearly impossible to remove, so make sure to adjust those settings accordingly (e.g. increase the top z distance of the interface layer, etc.). Overall, I’m really impressed. Hoping the other colors are just as well-behaved, because I’m definitely coming back for more. ... show more

  • Absolutely love this color!
Color: C-petg-1kg-green
We love this color! Didn’t have any issues with the print, quality is good but if you print a thinner item is will break easily.. actually dropped the monster claw marks and one broke 😭 but that was my fault lol

  • Great filament for a great price!
Color: A-petg-2kg-black+black
SUNLU filament is one of the best filaments I've used. I have tried a handful of brands and nothing compares to the reliability of SUNLU. Every time they come in a vacuum sealed bag, and they seem fairly dry. Its hard to tell though because I typically throw all my filaments in the drier just in case. The print quality comes out great each and every time, they stick to the bed great and if you keep them in a dry place they print great. I will continue to buy again and again for my 3d printing needs! ... show more

  • No issues, prints fine
Color: C-petg-1kg-bonewhite
Prints fine, no stink, plenty strong for what I was making. No printing issues at all. Great color.

  • I love the white PETG, but,
Color: A-petg-2kg-white+white
I love how it print in the bamlab P1S, love the plastic spool. However the white is not consistent from spool to spool as seen in the image. My previous spool was obviously whiter than the new one. I ran out of filament and the AMS used the new spool that was loaded.

  • Great PETG
Color: C-petg-1kg-olivegreen
My favorite filament. Pretty color. Less shiny than other PETG I’ve used. Not a true matte effect, but close! Prints beautifully and has great adhesion. No complaints
