R.H. Peterson burner system needed
Size: 18-Inch
Color: Mountain Birch (Logs Only)
One thing the description does not tell you when purchasing the realfyre logs is that you MUST have a R.H. Peterson Co. burner! We had our new burner system installed today and I'm so happy we did. I learned a lot about gas fireplaces and logs this week. Peterson is the BEST of the best. The company has been around 60+ years. These are beautiful ❤ adding fyre glass soon!

What are they painted with?
Size: 18-Inch
Color: Mountain Birch (Logs Only)
I have had these logs for three years and they are beautiful. They heat the room very nicely. Last year the fire was turned up a little too high and they got charred too much. So, I thought I would wash some of the soot off. The white paint came off too. All I did was wipe it with water. Does anyone know what these are painted with? I would like to try and fix them.

Stand Apart from the Rest
Size: 18-Inch
Color: Mountain Birch (Logs Only)
These logs were installed by my plumber. He has some issue moving the valve cover from left to right of the burner. The logs look amazing. I've received several compliments. They really lighten up a dark fireplace. I have not used yet but they stand out not lit.

They get marks on them from the fire. I'd prefer they didn't

ONLY TO BE USED WITH REAL FYRE BURNERS AND VALVES
Size: 18-Inch
Color: Mountain Birch (Logs Only)
I LOVED these logs. They looked amazing in my fireplace... until I realized that I CAN NOT USE THEM! The instructions are FULL of warnings of not using these without one of their systems. I’m so pissed because I ordered this TO USE THEM IMMEDIATELY, and would have bought something else and not had to deal with a return if they mentioned it in the description. My pics show that it is mentioned SIX TIMES in the three page instructions. BOLD print, and overmention, yet NOTHING In the listing. From the warning, I feel like my house would explode if I use them with anything else.
