This carrier is extremely well built. I am pleasantly surprised at the quality. I needed a new carrier for my cat and opted for the large one based on his old carrier which I use for flying. I should have opted for the medium. The carrier is larger than expected which is my fault for not verifying the dimensions. The large will be too big for airplane travel. The framing of the carrier will not push down to go underneath a seat. This carrier will be great for him when we do other travel. He has already made himself a home in this one. The pad in the bottom velcros in place and there are lots of options for opening this bag. The netting is nice and sturdy and of high quality. The zippers are strong and I won't have an issue with my cat pushing them open. As soon as I opened this carrier he got right into it and made himself at home. His other carrier is a well-known high-quality brand and I would say this one is just as nice and a fraction of the cost. I may opt to get the medium bag specifically for air travel. I was looking for a pet carrier for my medium-sized orange tabby and this is perfect! It has a premium feel, so it's durable and has a removable and cleanable insert that goes in the bottom, and it's just the right size. He's a fairly calm cat, but he's not a big fan of travel. This gives him a comfortable place to lie down and will help for driving trips when I go from state to state. Both ends and the top have zippers, and when closed, they support the carrier's frame. I like everything about this. More importantly, my cat seems to like it. It is roomy for a cat and has plentiful views of the outside. Nice front/rear/top zippered doors. Removable bottom panel insert allows it to fold flat when not needed.

I ordered the larger size and it’s huge. I do think my cat will like being able to turn around without having to contort herself. It’s nicely made and folds away nicely. I will leave it out for a while for her to get used to it, but I like the option of folding and tucking it away.

I’m very impressed with this pet carrier, especially the quality. The fabric is sturdy, the zippers are strong, and the straps and buckles aren’t flimsy or cheaply made. It collapses well for storage, but there is no strap to keep the collapsed parts into place….so, I just unzipped a side pocket and tucked one end into the pocket, which works perfectly. The interior is roomy, and a firm insert for the floor of the carrier keeps the bag from sagging, even under the weight of an adult cat. It didn’t come with directions which is fine because all you do is zip the pieces together and it becomes a sturdy travel carrier.
