Overall this product is just what I was looking for! Sturdy little ottoman fits perfectly in my living room, great little hiding spot when my cat wants to go incognito, and it looks nice. Only drawback is the small bottom section that the pet steps over to enter the cube is flimsy and it tilts forward. If your pet doesn't want to use it you could always store stuff it in and turn it so you guests can't see in the entrance hole. I would recommend this great multi-use product! ... show more

Just what I was looking for. We got a new mattress which ended up making our bed higher and our kitty, who is 12, isn't a spring chicken anymore and has some mild spine issues so I didn't want her jumping up and down from a high spot. So we put this against the bed and she caught on instantly and uses it to get up AND down from the bed. It's also very sturdy and my 50 lbs 6 year old (she is tall for her age) stands on it at times. And it was very simple and easy to assemble. I love that there is a little hideaway in it as well for our kitty to go into which she loves. This is exactly what I was looking for. I needed a place to feed the kitten and keep her food away from the dog. Well the dog (medium sized) is really determined to stick her head through the opening so until she is trained not to do that, I might have to come up with a way to make the opening just a bit smaller. But that is just a personal problem 🙂 I like that the top comes off for easy refills and cleaning and the outside is covered with a pretty, soft tan suede. I actually have this in my kitchen for the food but if you wanted it to use as a footrest in your living room, it’s sturdy and attractive enough. Good product, good price. ... show more
