11/19/2024 I needed a carrier in a pinch as my previous one (same basic design) had started to go after many, many years. Delivered in about 3 days (with plenty of time for the upcoming appointment). I had always been a bit apprehensive about the ones like these with the top/bottom zippers, but decided to give it a go. The zippers work great and assembly was quite simple. As a sidenote: I DID NOT notice any weird odors or "petrochemical" smells in the packaging or on the product (as noted by other reviewers). They must have corrected that issue over time.

Kitty likes it. I was surprise when it arrived. It was all flat like luggage. No instructions and all unzipped. Once I took it out and separated pieces then it was easy to figure out and also picture online helped to see how this goes together. I prefer hard shell kennel but this looked cute. My kitty’s like it due to the round shape.

We have dachshunds, who are notorious for back issues. One of our dachshunds hurt her back and is on 8 weeks of crate rest. We looked for crated that allowed for top and side access, that would allow a lot of ventilation and would be easily stored. We thought we had found a good crated int this product. The item worked for a bit. Until one day a family member took our dachshund outside to sit in the sun while they did yard work. She set the crate up in a chair. Unbeknownst to us the front zipper broke and our dog pushed her way through the front opening and fell out of the crate onto the ground. We are so lucky in that she did not injure her back more and even worse ended up paralyzed. I sadly can NOT recommend this product. This should not have broke after less than two weeks use. Extremely disappointed in this product.

My cat loves her carrier so much!!! Perfect Pretty Pink. She approves. She uses this to hang in for naps grooming and just being cozy. We love the material. it is so much kinder for her to press her face against when we’re traveling to the vets. I highly recommend this cat carrier. It is our favorite and I’ve been a cat owner all of my life. More accurately, for 60 years of my life. I have never had a carrier that my cats and I loved more. Do not hesitate or waste your money elsewhere, this is The One.

This is a sturdy little carrier and I really like it. Even my cats, who hate being in a carrier, don't seem to mind being in it. Its incredibly easy to get them inside and safety secured. Great design, and I don't need to worry about a lot of screen area the cats can tear up. This screen doesn't tear or snag as easily as others. So far no damage, and I've used it several times. Even my most unhappy prisoner, who can be an escape artist, hasn't damaged it. Its very easy to carry, and easy to get in and out of the car. Since I have five cats, I plan on getting two more carriers. This will cover me in case of an emergency, where they will all need to be moved at once. I would definitely recommend this carrier. Nine months after leaving this review, I went to purchase another. Imagine my surprise when I discovered the $29.99 carrier I bought, had shot up to $54.95! That's an 83% increase in just months. They were making money at the original price, now they're just gouging. Luckily, another company makes one too, and with the coupon, it's $15.00 cheaper. I will be buying the cheaper brand, now and in the future.
