These were a last minute purchase and it was the best decision! My chihuahuas have a beautiful stroller, but sometimes when we are out they get nervous and overwhelmed and cry to be held. While on vacation in Kennebunkport, shopping the busy little stores, they were so calm and content in these harnesses. I think we were stopped every few steps by people wanting to take their picture 😂. But they happily obliged and now think they are celebrities 😎🤩. I know we will get tons of use out of these! (I ordered size mediums for my 5 and 7lb chihuahuas for reference)

So we purchased this in large which our 17 lb cat should have fit into, also in pink because it's super cute but holy moly does this NOT fit a 17 lb cat but also, said kitty hates this backpack carrier with a passion. We have a feral rescue who we will try in this, she's much smaller and should fit but she isn't quite tame enough to attempt this on. Sizing is off, maybe dogs are built differently and a dog would have fit with that amount of poundage but definitely not a cat.

I ordered the large sized carrier for my biggest cat. She is 14 lbs. It is not an easy carrier to get the cat into (especially solo), so if your cat is big, strong, and not that compliant (like mine) it's going to be a nightmare trying to get them into this thing. I feel like this is a better carrier for a small dog or an extremely docile or well trained cat. Even though the large should fit my 14 lb cat, it really didn't fit her well when I finally got her into it. I tried it out on my docile, 9 lb cat and it actually fit her better. I may use it with her as she is more clingy and likes to be attached to me, but with the way you have to get them into it I'm not entirely sure it will get that much use. She really didn't look like it was all that comfortable once I had my small cat in it. It was definitely not comfortable for my big cat. The carrier feels sturdy though and the stitching looks good, so it appears to be well made. The zippers slide easily and feel like they will last. I think this is a durable carrier. I just don't know if it's all that functional. You would think the side zippers would make it easier to get the cat in, but it doesn't. I think a carrier for a cat needs to be able to open flat and then zipped around the cat's body. I gave it 4 starts because I feel like it's a much better small dog carrier than a cat carrier.

We recently got a puppy French bulldog and although she is hyper, excited and always jumping around when she's on ground. She absolutely loves being in this little puppy backpack. The size fits her just perfect and im glad its easy to wash, and I had no issues wjth the price because it was worth it. We have received so much compliments and my mother even asked me to find something similar to it.
