First of all, I love all things coffee, so trying as many coffee devices as possible is my thing! I am so happy with this coffee maker! My Keurig has been benched! Some might argue that a Keurig is a better device for making coffee, but in my case, I'm going to say this is definitely a better option. The reason is that my Keurig as well as other coffee makers are huge and take up a lot of space and have a much more complicated time consuming process to make a simple cup of coffee everyday, and this very convenient single serve coffee maker streamlines everything and makes it quick and easy. It has a very fine mesh filter, so you don't need any external filters, just add your coffee add your water push the button and give it a few minutes and you have a hot fresh brewed, cup of coffee. I love that I can grind my own coffee and add it to this personal coffee maker so much easier, since I don't have to use any small little metal pods that are hard to close and fit (without errors), or have to wash out or anything requiring multiple steps like that, I just open the lid spoon in my coffee close it and just wait a few minutes, perfect. Then dump the grounds and lightly sponge wash the filter and replace. This space saving single serve coffee maker also comes with an insulated coffee cup that has a lid (which seals very nice and doesn't leak, by the way) and can be taken on the go or used at home just to keep your drink warm longer and prevent spills! You can also use teabags and coffee pods too! This is a simple, effective and fantastic solution for people who want a quick and easy way to enjoy their coffee and tea, while saving space and ultimately, time. No big water tanks, filters or de-scaling. Good, hot, fresh, easy coffee!

It does what it says. It's a basic mr coffee style brewer with a small flat-bottomed basket for holding the ground coffee. It takes approximately 4 minutes to make a 12oz cup of coffee from room-temperature water. The coffee comes out at about 180-degrees fahrenheit, which is normal for this sort of maker. The included mug is sortof useless and you will immediately stick it up on a high cabinet shelf and never use it. I would happily have paid fifteen cents less and not had the mug included. One misfeature: there is no automatic power shutoff. You MUST remember to turn the power switch off after use or it will likely burn out the heater. There is no heater underneath the cup like you would expect in a full-pot maker. Once the coffee is made, it will start to cool, so be ready to drink. The filter basket works fine but i prefer to use paper in addition to any sort of mesh. Fortunately, there are mini-size filter papers available which will fit this. All-in-all, the sort of basic inexpensive maker you'd find next to the sink in a super-8 motel. Makes decent coffee and there's very little that can go wrong. If you don't need anything fancy and can remember to shut it off when you're done, this will do the job just fine.

The personal single-serve coffee maker is perfect for small spaces, like my desk as a teacher. It’s super easy to use and works great with coffee mesh pods for quick cleanup. While you can use coffee grounds directly in the basket, the pods make it mess-free. I also love the included small travel mug. This is great as a gift and affordable. Love it!

This is a great option for quick and convenient coffee. It brews coffee from both grounds and coffee pads (not K-Cups), offering flexibility depending on your preference. The one-touch operation makes it super easy to use, and the included 14oz travel mug is a nice bonus for on-the-go convenience. It brews quickly, delivering a fresh cup of coffee in minutes. The only downside is that the travel mug might be a bit small for some.

My husband wanted one of these for his office. Specifically one that did not require pods and he could use his ground beans in. This little machine makes a cup of coffee REALLY fast. It's very basic - no frills. There is no warming plate so once your cup is brewed you need to drink it unless you want it to start cooling. The included travel mug is pretty okay, nothing great, but it fits under the machine.

this was easy to set up and get the coffee going. A cup comes with the pot but it is not warm or hot. Once the coffee brews remove the cup and drink it while it is hot. The holder is not a hot plate to keep it warm.
