So far so good! Installation was a breeze and it looks fantastic. It fit perfectly within the window frame, and I was pleasantly surprised that they pre-programmed the automatic stop points; it worked flawlessly right out of the box. While it took a couple weeks to arrive (expected for a custom order), the wait was absolutely worth it. No issues whatsoever, and the included brackets are a nice touch if you prefer an outside mount. Plus, it apparently offers smart home integration, though I haven't explored that yet.

The media could not be loaded. I was super nervous ordering and installing these myself. Once received, the packaging was amazing and easy to access everything, I placed it inside the window trim, used the Allen wrench until I heard the click, but the cover on it and wow - works like a dream. This being a rental this cost would’ve been way too much to make it make sense, but these were 1/5th the cost and super easy to install. So good I bought 5 more. Buy the laser measure - makes taking 3 measurements way easier.

I received my Persilux Smart Motorized Blinds earlier than expected, which was a wonderful surprise. When I noticed a missing piece, customer service got back to me right away,they were very responsive and reassuring. I ended up receiving the piece on time without any hassle. The blinds themselves are excellent: they work perfectly, look beautiful, and are incredibly easy to install. You don’t even need to use a drill if you don’t want to; it feels very sturdy as is. But if you prefer extra security, you can drill too. Overall, I’m very happy with the product and especially impressed by the customer service. Highly recommend!

Super high quality and easy to install. Customer service above and beyond. FedEx lost my shipment and persilux took care of it. The shades themselves are great value and work as advertised. A custom shade company quoted me $25k for inferior shades. I was able to do the whole house for < $5k through persilux!

I ordered 6 shades which were very easy to install, however not a perfect fit. As it was explained to me, the side where the motor is located will cause a larger gap. I plan to add curtains so this will not be as noticeable and I do recommend purchasing a color sample (which I did) before ordering to make sure you’re getting the right material and color for your room. A high rating is due to excellent customer service, a nicely made product, the ease of installation, quiet motor and a 15 unit single remote (addl. charge) A pre-programmed single remote is included.

The only issue encountered was programming the remotes and setting up the mobile phone and Alexa voice controls... figured it out, but instructions and the pairing process took some time. Cheap plastic parts from god knows where fell apart and couldn’t make a use of curtain inside the window frame. Only one side fabric and other side white cloth made it impossible to flip the curtain so I am stuck with garbage unless sellers send me replacement curtain I would not buy this product again.

I like the blinds for their quality of build. The way they operate and fit and finish. It's nice that when they get to the bottom or top, they slow down and stop exactly where they need to. Customer service is exceptional. They contacted me one to confirm the size and I contacted them with questions and a last minute size revision and they responded quickly and reassuringly! The couple of things I don't like is the box and packing. It was a little bit on the sparse side but nothing was damaged. The box material is such that it rips very easy and I don't feel they had enough padding to prevent bending or possible damage. I don't like that it's not compatible with different hubs. I have one for other blinds that did not require ordering a special size and I don't have Alexa so I wish I could hook this up to my current hub and app.
