I have now purchased five of these blinds and I love them. They use quality fabric, so I think they will wear well and they look great. When they’re adjusted for privacy, the fabric is thick/dark enough to not see through, but still allows ambient light to come through. And they were very easy to install. On one of my blind orders I transposed the measurements, so when it arrived it was the wrong size. I contacted the company and even though it was my fault, they graciously worked with me for a replacement set. While I haven’t had the blinds very long, between the quality and customer service, I give them five stars.

Update: Seller communicated with me and eventually sent a new set of blinds out. Communication was slow but consistent. I did have to pay shipping fees to have new blinds shipped. Overall I’m not upset but not very satisfied either. It would have been nice if they sent me a replacement for free. I was willing to send the damaged ones back but they didn’t want them. I’ve ordered several times from this company and was very happy with what was delivered and the communication confirming sizing. However, this last order I received blinds with markings all over them and one of the two (both were ordered the same size) doesn’t line up properly and when pulled all the way down, there are still gaps between the bands of white so it doesn’t close all the way. I tried to start a return and I got a message saying “sorry, this item isn’t eligible for a return”. I’ve contacted the seller with a message and photos attached - I will wait to hear back and edit my review, but at this point I’m very unhappy with the fact that a defective product can be delivered and trying to return/exchange it seems very difficult when you have to contact seller and wait to hear back.

I love these blinds!!! I still need 5 and I will definitely get these. Wish they came longer for taller patio doors. I had to get a different brand and they just seem cheap.
