Never done shade installation before myself. Being a lady, decided to challenge myself to new project. Installation was fairly easy. Shade easily rolls up and down and stops where you stop it. Blocks out well neighbors super bright lights pointed at my bathroom window. The type of window i have: you would not see other details but search lights done by deviant me**can neighbors going trough bathroom into bedroom and lighting up whole bedroom middle of the night can be annoying. Shade does the trick and blocks these perpetrators from interrupting sleep. Update: bought two more. From the two different brands for black out roller shades i purchased , this brand is much better quality. It actually stops, when you want to stop. Other brand has tendency to need to hold both sides with both hands to get up, this one: grab the tab and works well even with very long shades. Great impression. Very satisfied.

Just received the 34 x 72 size of these blinds in white. They were packaged well and upon opening and installing I can say: 1) Very simple and easy to install. The brackets they use make it a breeze to snap the blinds in and out. The brackets use a spring mechanism for the snap in/out which makes it so much easier than any other blinds I have ordered in the past. Also, the brackets are good quality, heavier duty than the extremely thin/bendable brackets that come with cheaper blinds. 2) The blinds seem to be very good quality/sturdy, and they roll up and down very easily and quickly remain in place wherever you stop them. Overall, I am very pleased thus far with the installation, quality, ease of use, and appearance of these blinds. Of course I have only had them for 1 day, but right out of the box and up on the french doors it has been positive so far.

These blinds were very easy to install. Plus they look great. I love the fact to put adjust them you just push or pull the direction you want them to go. So far I am pleaded with this investment in my RV renovation. I will be living in the RV and I want to be happy with the way it looks. 6 months later and living in RV. ... I have a 4yo grandson who loves touching everything... So far these blinds have stood up to everyday usage and for those who sleep in, these blinds are awesome. They give near blackout conditions. I actually need to raise blinds to see if it's dark or daylight outside. These are one of the best investment I have made!!!

These blinds are really nice and a perfect heavier weight with beautiful texture, and the gentle roll up and down mechanism is really nice. I got these looking for privacy in our family room, but to also be able to roll into varying positions to control sunlight. They have such beautiful finished edges on the sides and even though I prefer to use either with side panel curtains or a valance to further soften the lines of the window, it's definitely not needed with the built in valance. I've only had them for about a month but love them so much, that I am considering getting 2 more for more living room windows. Well worth the price for the quality!

I am quite pleased with these shades!! - They were very pricey and I was upset when I discovered they were coming from China - but now that they are up - Wow!! They were easy to install and so attractive and so very, very easy to raise and lower - unlike the horrible Bali cellular shades I had previously!! My husband loves them - I love them - for the price they should last many years - time will tell..........No more struggling trying to raise or lower the blinds! I gave 4 stars because I just got them.....time will prove their worth.
