Installation was straightforward, and the quality of the materials is impressive. The shade is sturdy and well-made, giving my room a clean, sleek look. I could have gotten the shade a bit wider but I wanted an inside-the-frame fit so that I could easily let the shade up and down to open my back door, which has a huge window in it. I can let the shade all the way up and you can't tell anything has been installed. The shade also helps with insulation, keeping the room cooler during the day, which is a nice bonus. If you’re looking for high-quality blackout shades that fit perfectly and do the job right, I highly recommend these. They are worth every penny! I purchased a set of these roller shades twice for two sets of windows, and they work wonderfully. I like that the shades are a bit texturized, so they feel less...sterile? in my home. I like pairing them with sheer curtains to add a bit more coziness to my space. I like that these, unlike some other shades I was considering, have a pull chain. My windows are really high, so this was essential for me. Quick tip--be very mindful when measuring. I ended up ordering an inch or two smaller than what my window actually measured to make space for the brackets. I had to return my first set because it was too big. Once I figured out the issue and ordered the smaller size, everything was perfect. I've had my first set for about seven months now, and they are holding up very well.

I ordered these blackout shades not really knowing what to expect because I didn't purchase any samples first. Let me tell you, these shade are WONDERFUL! I am so pleased with them I have ordered more for my other rooms! They came packaged very well. No damage what so ever! I have wood encased windows, so install was a breeze! 6 screws for the large center window and 4 for each side window. These are custom sizes, so they needed to be verified by the seller and they did a FANTASTIC job getting back to me to confirm measurements and making sure what I said I needed was correct. I can't say enough about the product and process because I called a professional company to measure and get an estimate and it was so astronomically high that I was discouraged to do anything about the windows. Our house is set back on our lot so the urgency wasn't a problem but our windows are big and our guest weren't able to sleep in because I had no window treatments. This was truly a great experience, and I would totally recommend this company/product to others.

The media could not be loaded. DO NOT BUY! Great advertising BUT really bad experience. The blinds arrived WITHOUT any hardware and bracket after opening it with a contractor I hired to install the blinds. We could not install it nor know of what parts to get to install it. I’ve not seen such a bad service from a company. Good advertising but bad service and the edges of the blinds are not smooth. Picture below. This is so frustrating. You lose time waiting for it to arrive - and when it arrives, you can’t even use it and I’ve this blinds now sitting here and I don’t even know where to get rid of it because it is huge. I am surprised that they did not check the product before they shipped, as this is a customized, made to measure blinds. How could they send blinds without hardware to install it… completely absurd and ridiculously. Bad quality and execution. I did write to the seller to complain and they asked me to wait for 12-15 days … no way! I have wasted my time, money and this is frustrating. And I’m not hiring the contractor again to come back after 3 weeks of waiting for the hardware to arrive from China. I am so angry of this experience and purchase and they should not be selling on Amazon! DO NOT BUY!!!!! NOT WORTH the stress.
