It’s comfortable but it’s not as described. This mattress shouldn’t have medium firm in its description. If I knew it was going to be this soft I wouldn’t have got it.

I was hoping this mattress would be a good one and I was not disappointed. It comes vacuum packed so keep this in mind when opening. I generally let mine open up overnight as you never really know how long they’ve been sealed up. The next day, the mattress appeared to be opened up fully and felt very good. Firm definitely but with a good give to it. It fit perfectly on my son’s frame and he was able to use it right away. Overall, very good quality mattress, fabric and stitching look and feel good and the firmness is perfect. Never liked the super soft sink in your bed type mattresses and this one definitely is not. Just enough give to feel supported well. I hope this helps you!
