I received this 3 inch thick certified odor free Twin XL memory foam topper at about 2:00 PM and unwrapped it immediately. It fully inflated to 3 inches immediately after the inner wrapper was removed and I used it that night. I is medium soft but conforms to my body as illustrated in the ad. It is also cool and has no perceptible odor. I emphasize: Although it is memory foam it has no odor. I am using this topper on top of a latex mattress on a motorized adjustable bed frame that has foot and head vibrators. The bed frame, the latex mattress and this topper makes is a great hypoallergenic, odor free, cool bed combination. BTW: I tried a 3 inch latex topper but does not conform to my body and caused terrible pressure points and I was unable to sleep in it. Instead of returning the latex topper I am using it on the floor for an exercise mat.

***UPDATE*** Seller was very responsive and helpful, they reached out to try and fix the issue. Great customer service! I have since purchased a mattress gripper to put under the topper to help with the slipping. The mattress topper itself is comfortable, not tempurpedic comfortable but helps on an extremely old and firm mattress. However, not really needs attached straps because I keep having to fix and adjust it every morning due to it slipping off the mattress, even under the fitted sheet. I’m not a big person either, weighing 125 pounds, so it’s a disappointment that it moves so much.

I highly recommend this memory foam. I am a nurse who works long hours and I cannot wait to climb into my bed now! I was looking to get a new mattress, but honestly with this new memory foam it saved me a lot of money and is bringing me a great night sleep.

Only been using it for about a week, but so far satisfied. It definitely helps our firm mattress feel better! It did not have a smell, as some other reviews had mentioned.. Have to disagree with the cooling gel claim... bed actually feels warmer. Arrived on time and packaged well.

Unfortunately we can not find one like her old one and this hurt her back a bit. Packaging and everything was very good and the customer service is seriously amazing. We didn’t try to return this item but they reached out to us and requested to give us a partial refund well after the return window had passed! I’m giving an extra star because they really seem to care about the customers and improving their products.

Incredibly comfortable!! Did not read the instructions that said to leave it out for 72 hours to let the smell air out and for it to fully inflate, but only did 24 hours there was zero smell upon unpackaging it and it’s perfect!!!
