***UPDATE*** Seller was very responsive and helpful, they reached out to try and fix the issue. Great customer service! I have since purchased a mattress gripper to put under the topper to help with the slipping. The mattress topper itself is comfortable, not tempurpedic comfortable but helps on an extremely old and firm mattress. However, not really needs attached straps because I keep having to fix and adjust it every morning due to it slipping off the mattress, even under the fitted sheet. Only been using it for about a week, but so far satisfied. It definitely helps our firm mattress feel better! It did not have a smell, as some other reviews had mentioned.. Have to disagree with the cooling gel claim... bed actually feels warmer. Arrived on time and packaged well.

Incredibly comfortable!! Did not read the instructions that said to leave it out for 72 hours to let the smell air out and for it to fully inflate, but only did 24 hours there was zero smell upon unpackaging it and it’s perfect!!!

Rather than shelling out $2,000 or more for a new memory foam mattress, we threw this on top of an older mattress that had become too firm for our aging bodies. The result is every bit as comfortable as our $2,500 mattress that we bought last year.

Unfortunately we can not find one like her old one and this hurt her back a bit. Packaging and everything was very good and the customer service is seriously amazing. We didn’t try to return this item but they reached out to us and requested to give us a partial refund well after the return window had passed!     • My daughter has had over 7 back surgeries.

My daughter suffers daily with her back. She has had numerous surgery. We could call her metal man. I don’t ever want to see her go through a metal detector. That would be noisy. So I bought her this mattress cover deal to see if it would make sleeping better for her. I am very happy to say it does. She is resting much more comfortably now. It is well worth the price for her comfort. She does recommend it to those with similar problems.
