I really want to like this product and give it 5 stars. I have been on the lookout for a ‘just right’ mattress topper for a super firm bed that we have. Day 1 review Pros - foam inflated in about 20 minutes and seems to be high quality. The foam goes back to its original shape when you get off the bed - No odour or smell. I was quite worried about this while reading reviews of various products. But nothing to worry about here - this is a MUCH cheaper version ($100 cheaper) of a different product from the same company. The only difference is that this does not come with a cover but the memory foam is exactly the same. I didn’t need a cover so this works great. Cons - I’ve slept in this for about 30 minutes and it runs HOT. There is a noticeable difference. I have a temperature regulating mattress protector that dissipates heat - but even after that this felt hotter - it’s a bit too soft for me. I am trying to get a hotel like feel where the top is soft but with a lot of support for the lower back to avoid pain. So far I get pain when sleeping on my back - though side sleeping is fine. Maybe I should have gotten a 2 inch topper instead of 3 - I also sink in while sitting on the bed to read. This is also not very comfortable in my opinion So overall I would rate it 3.5 stars. Depending on what you’re looking for this might be the right product for you.

I was worried after reading some of the reviews that it would have a chemical smell coming out of the box but it didn’t! I laid it out for 48 hours (ish) to let it air out and get to its intended size and it worked beautifully!! I would suggest that when you open it to be cautious as to not tear or rip the memory foam — some of the reviews said it was easy to rip but I did not find that was the case. I rotate/flip it every other month to make sure its longevity will continue and it seems to work really well!

I wanted a 3" mattress topper for my bed. The other name brand ones were alot more expensive. I have had this for awhile and it really helps for sleeping for my sore back. I used the cheap 2" ones and they don't help at all. Very happy with my purchase and it stays in place and holds its shape. I would recommend it for anyone that has back issues.

We ordered a king and it came as promised, unwrapped and allowed it to expand. However, there has been this weird smell since day one, so I had to get some baking soda to try to relieve ourselves of the smell.

I received this 3 inch thick certified odor free Twin XL memory foam topper at about 2:00 PM and unwrapped it immediately. It fully inflated to 3 inches immediately after the inner wrapper was removed and I used it that night. I is medium soft but conforms to my body as illustrated in the ad. It is also cool and has no perceptible odor. I emphasize: Although it is memory foam it has no odor. I am using this topper on top of a latex mattress on a motorized adjustable bed frame that has foot and head vibrators. The bed frame, the latex mattress and this topper makes is a great hypoallergenic, odor free, cool bed combination. BTW: I tried a 3 inch latex topper but does not conform to my body and caused terrible pressure points and I was unable to sleep in it. Instead of returning the latex topper I am using it on the floor for an exercise mat.

***UPDATE*** Seller was very responsive and helpful, they reached out to try and fix the issue. Great customer service! I have since purchased a mattress gripper to put under the topper to help with the slipping. The mattress topper itself is comfortable, not tempurpedic comfortable but helps on an extremely old and firm mattress. However, not really needs attached straps because I keep having to fix and adjust it every morning due to it slipping off the mattress, even under the fitted sheet. I’m not a big person either, weighing 125 pounds, so it’s a disappointment that it moves so much.
