I was worry about sweating when the weather is hot, but this support belt doesn't make me sweating alot when it's in a very hot day, It helps me alot when I'm carrying 50lbs of rice and sugar. Choose the right size is very important from the description, I almost made a mistake cause I should choose from the belly size not the wrist size.

I ordered this to help me with my sore back when I clean. It really felt good, but my biggest problem with the back brace is that it pushes my pants down. No matter what I do, because of the bending my pants wind up under the brace and when I stand up, down goes the pants.
