  • This mouse has been a life saver
Style: Wireless
Not so much a life saver, but definitely a wrist saver. I've had a job sitting in front of a computer for almost 10 years. A few years ago I switched jobs and the new desk was causing me to have a lot of pain in my wrist which was early carpal tunnel symptoms. I've been using this mouse for a week and it has alleviated all wrist pain for me. Before the switch to this mouse, my wrist would hurt within an hour, it now feels comfortable to use a mouse again. It seems very well built and is of better quality than I was expecting. It was very easy for me to get used to using too. The only thing that caught me off guard was that if it goes into sleep mode due to lack of activity, you have to press one of the buttons to wake it up again. If you are experiencing wrist pain, I highly recommend you try this mouse. EDIT* Jan 19, 2016. Its almost been a year since I've purchased this mouse. I use it every day at work. So far, I've only gone through one set of batteries. However the scroll wheel is now acting up. When I scroll down, the page will scroll up. This happens consistent enough to be an inconvenience. I'll be buying a different brand of ergonomic mouse soon. EDIT Feb 2, 2016. I contacted Perixx through email immediately after writing edited review. I filled out a form, emailed it back and they promptly sent me a replacement. It was not much of a hassle at all. Props to Perrix. Hopefully this mouse will last longer. EDIT* January 31, 2017 The scroll wheel is acting up on the replacement mouse. I'm not sure if I will bother contacting Perrix again. It seems to be consistent that the scroll wheel starts acting up after a year of use. I'll be buying a different brand soon. ... show more

  • Excellent value and buidl-quality
Style: Wireless
Great quality. Buttons are firms and mouse are comfortable to hold. Great value compared to more premium brand like Logitech but similar in terms of build-quality. Highly recommended.

  • Fantastic mouse
Style: Wireless
There are only 2 minor issues I've had. 1. The dongle doesn’t come out for me without me removing the batteries. 2nd, I wish the mouse had a horizontal scroll instead of just vertical. Other than that, its a great mouse and helped alleviate some serious finger and wrist pain I had with other mice.

  • This really did relieve wrist pain.
Style: Wireless
Bought this about a year ago, wrist was very sore after couple of long work weeks. It really did help relive the pain which has not come back, and is still working w/o issue a year later. I had bought a different ergo-mouse but returned it because it had a built in battery and needed a cord to charge, so if it dies while you are working you are out of luck. The Perimice requires two AAA batteries which are easily replaceable. The only thing I would improve on is the usb-wifi dongle that is stored in the battery compartment. It is tight to the batteries, so I have to remove a battery to pull it out. With that said I would definitely buy one again. ... show more

  • but when you can get much more comfortable mice that have this ability
Style: Wireless
Bought this hoping to replace my current ergonomic mouse. It is now a spare backup, just in case something goes wrong and I need something until I were to get a replacement. It is way too light, the USB receiver does not fit snug into the retaining hole on the bottom for storage, it doesn't even fit flush up to the bottom of the mouse. As far as ergonomics go, it kept my hand upright, however it is very thin and requires you to use your thumb to hold it tight into your hand, which eventually causes cramping in the thumb/heal of my hand. Also, not having any kind of DPI settings on the mouse is a draw back. Normally for as inexpensive as this is, that wouldn't bother me, but when you can get much more comfortable mice that have this ability, at the same price point or lower, I feel like that is a huge drawback. ... show more

  • Very comfortable
Style: Wireless
Very comfortable glides very easy and has a very soft touch very comfortable for my hand and love the functions. Mouse quality is great. It has a fast scrolling speed and is very responsive. One of my best mouses I’ve ever bought.

  • Tracks well, happy with it so far.
Style: Wireless
UPdate: 1 year later, no longer working. Became non responsive even with new batteries. Going back to the old Logitech performance mouse. Pay more, but my last one lasted for 8 years. Never tracked that great. Hand position was very good. Been using this for 2 weeks now and getting used to the horizontal design. As I'm used to a traditional mouse, it seemed a bit bulky at first and I kept knocking it over when i wasn't using it. Tracks well. Wakes up on the first click. Not sure yet on battery life. Hooked up easily to the computer and I'm running windows 8.1. Buttons for going back when browsing is in a good spot, but with my small hand, the forward button is a stretch for me. Wheel scrolls smoothly. Overall happy with it. ... show more

  • The mouse is nicely designed. It is not quite as good as ...
Style: Wireless
Works flawlessly with Ubuntu 14.04. The mouse is nicely designed. It is not quite as good as the Evoluent Vertical Mouse 3 that it replaces for me, but the Evoluent started giving me problems under Ubuntu (unintentional double-clicking, and released buttons during drags). I wish this mouse was larger and more upright, as the Evoluent is. It's a nice substitute though, and a fraction of the price Update: After continuous use for a month or more, I notice that this mouse doesn't receive signal well - at least that's my assumption on why it is more difficult to use. It seems to skip a bit when I am trying to be precise - I have to switch mice to do photo edits. I have moved the received to the closest usb port on my laptop, but at 2 feet away, this should not be an issue. Not as enthused about this mouse anymore. ... show more
