LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!!! I recently had surgery and needed something for compression but something I could also move around in! THIS trainer/binder is amazing! Since it is latex free my skin does not itch because I am allergic to latex which made this very nice! The velcro is so nice and strong I can bend and stretch without it popping off and it is so comfortable on the edges it actually feels good to wear it! This has great support and is adjustable so as I recover I can adjust the amount of compression needed! I am so happy to find a product that works the way I need it to!

I am in my 70s and have degenerative spine disease. I bought this for abdominal/back support. May old support which worked well is ripping and I was looking for a replacement. I have just started using it so time will tell. It gives good support without being too bulky so I can wear it under my clothes. It seems well made with good stitching. It does make my belly sweat which is fine. For me it could be just an inch narrower in the waist. I like to support small businesses. It is a good value for the money.

Love it from the opening of the package to wearing it. I used these trainers for lower back support and also during my workout. I had been looking several brands at stores and all of them had problems with too much velcro that ruins my sport top. I dont wear it directly touching my skin but with a light sports T. This has the perfect amount of velcro, fits tight and true to suze. I bought a small and keeps my lower back protected. Very happy with the quality of materials , fit and design.

It makes you sweat for sure I wear it for about a full hour when I work out and the sweat literally drips down to the floor it helps my lower back and posture it’s great for working out in it doesn’t really pull ur waist in like I was expecting it makes me look more boxy then when I don’t wear it but it’s not a corset so no complaints totally worth it for the price
