Easy to build, looks great, materials feel durable. Hands down the best cat tree I have ever owned. My three chunks love it! I needed a few extra inches (who doesnt) to reach the ceiling. I oped to get some furniture feet and mount them. I also put foam floor protectors on the top pads where it touches the ceiling, as the holes went through and seemed a bit scratchy. I tossed the plant, as I have a cat that eats plastic. Stuck a cat fishing toy in there instead and they love it. Don't over tighten the screw that attaches the tube to the base, it will punch through. My only gripe is the plastic bowl doesn't come with it. The description states this, but all the other images and verbage make it seem included. I got the wooden beige option. First Pic has the three chunks, and was before mounting the feet (had it on the wall for stability). Final location is freestanding. This is such a great cat tree! The quality is absolutely fantastic and I love that the little hammocks are big enough for adult cats. My 6 year old standard issue cat loves to nap in his hammock and looks adorable with his beans sticking out! I also want to give a huge shout out to the seller! Our ceiling was too high for the tree to reach it as it came, but based on others feedback in the reviews, I reached out to inquire about getting two extra posts to help bridge the last 6 inches or so. The seller was fantastic, responded quickly and asked which pieces I needed. They only asked for a $10 shipping fee, and I received the two extra posts about 2 weeks later. It’s such great customer service on top of a legitimately great product. 10/10 will buy from this line again ❤️

I was really impressed with the instructions on this product. Every piece (other than the bolts) was labeled and the pictures were easy enough to understand. The tree itself is very stable. It appears to be good quality so far! I only had 2 issues/concerns with this cat tree. 1. The tension things on the ceiling were painstakingly annoying to try to install. The fabric gets in the way trying to tighten the bolts. I ended up only installing one because I couldn't be bothered to do the other. It's stable enough with just one. And you have the option to secure it to the wall. 2. To me, the shelves and the little house seems pretty small. My kitten is only 12 weeks old and she already fills the whole space. (See picture) I can't imagine an adult cat really fitting in there. Some of the shelves seem small and narrow but I suppose it will test her agility! I have already recommended the product to a friend so the pros outweigh the cons so far!

I had pestered my husband for a cat for years, so when he finally gave in, I knew it would be a one and only, and therefore a very spoiled little kitty. We picked her from our local shelter, but had to wait a week before we could bring her home. This cat tree arrived on the very day we were picking her up, with just enough time for me to put it together by myself (the family was not home at the time). Now, I’m not generally allowed to use tools due to an incident years ago that we now joke about, so I’m not a very “handy” person. Thankfully, this was really simple and only required the included Allen wrench. I was nearly done when my family came home! This cat tree is intended to be floor to ceiling, so as a 5’3” woman, it was a bit challenging when I got to the upper sections. I solved the problem by standing on a bench to assemble most of the top sections, and at the very end to install the two pieces that brace against the ceiling I tipped the whole thing on its side and sat on the floor to finish. I placed it by a window so she could look out, and enjoy the sunshine. My husband helped make sure it was tight and secure on the ceiling. The tower was up before the kitty even came home! Once she was free to roam the house and discovered her adorable tower, she has shown us that the highest levels are her favorites, along with the two little hammocks. The upper hammock is where she is most likely to be found at any given time. To my surprise, she even plays a little with the two little hanging ball toys. I don’t think she has even been inside the little enclosed part though, but it’s only been a few weeks. It makes us all so happy to see how much she loves climbing, sleeping, and sitting up high on this tower, and I like the look of it much better than the traditional ones too. I’m very happy with this purchase- and so is my kitty!

Arrived in good condition but box is very heavy. Relatively easy assembly. Instructions have pictures, are labeled and easy to follow. Had a time with the very top pieces but that was more user issue than fault of the actual product (I am 5’3 and I assembled it by myself with the help of a chair lol). Seems to be very sturdy and holds both of my 12lb adult cats. In fact, they couldn’t wait to get in it while I was putting it together :D Only thing I could “complain” about is that I wish it had more scratching posts. Only one pole has the sisal ropes. But the cats seem to love it so I’m happy with it :)

Functionally Perfect! I spent 2 days looking at at least 100 cat trees, and finally landed on this one. I hated how other cat trees were either too short or too tall, didn't have carpet on the climbing shelves, or just had a horrible climbing path. However, THIS cat tree has a perfect climbing path, is completely covered in carpet or scratching post twine, and can be put together by one person in under an hour. Our crazier cat loves the material for its scratchability and grip to the point he can hardly keep his claws out of it. The height is so easily adjustable and perfectly ensures the stability of the cat tree. Since the cat tree is covered in a carpet-like fabric, it's extremely easy to vacuum and keep clean. I'm more than relieved I don't have to worry about my cat's safety when climbing to the top and onto our kitchen cabinets. I have no doubt this tree will improve our cats health and happiness ♥
