EZ installation. All hardware needed is included. Even a pair of white gloves to keep fingerprints off the glass shades are included with the set of 3 lites we bought. We have received many compliments for the lighting over the kitchen island. Also, I have to say the distributor, Esfos, is truly customer service oriented. I had a problem, my fault, not theirs and I have to say they, Esfos, went above and beyond in solving my problem. I contacted Esfos through Amazon, explained my problem, and they offered a replacement AT NO COST TO ME! That, my friends, is top rated customer service, through no fault on their part. Two of the three pendant lights did NOT work. Since the electrician was already there. I either had to pay another trip fee or pay him to fix the lights….and no guarantee the replacement lights would work either. I will say, the lights are pretty, but give very little light.
