I only recently entered the tablet world with an iPad and the basic use case intent for scrolling, streaming, and generally having a larger second screen. I looked at tablet pens for the simple purpose of taking notes and making sketches while I work on projects. Of course, the Apple Pencil was there, but I couldn't bring myself to spend about $50 for a used one, so I looked to Amazon for a well rated budget option. At just under $20 after the coupon, this one seemed worth trying, and it so far has delivered. Pairing was easy and it links up right away when turned on, with the top button being natural as a click pen. I don't notice any lag and have yet to experience an issue with responsiveness or accuracy. It feels durable and about the same weight as a typical pen. It serves well as a digital version of a fine point pencil, and I have played around a bit to confirm the tip function does work as stated. It might fall short of the premium models for an artist, but it's plenty for aa builder to make notes and sketches. I haven't had this long enough to comment on long term use and durability, but at this price, it's a minimal risk to see how I end up using a tablet pen and if I want to try going premium down the road. I also do not have an iPad with the wireless charging or magnet hold, but it fits in the slot on my case perfectly (which I trust more than a magnet anyway). It did respond to charging on my wireless charging pad, and wired charging will be plenty for me. I had first found the company's gen 1 pen in results, but the comparisons down the page led me to this gen 2 model (with the wireless) and the coupon was better. ... show more

I have my case already on my pencil but it’s perfect it works VERY well it’s a beautiful pink color. I don’t know if mine charges magnetically bc when I place it on the there the charging screen doesn’t pop up at the top so I’m still trying to figure that out. However I love the feature where the pen turns off after 10 minutes of inactivity it helps with battery life! The magnet itself attaches very well to the iPad I just have on my case so I didn’t show that part. Word great so far for the value! Connectivity was quick and easy through Bluetooth as soon as you click the button it connects! Beautiful product also come with extra tips and charging cord. Only got 4 stars bc I can’t figure out if it charges magnetically yet ... show more

I was hesitant to purchase this inexpensive pencil for my iPad Pro 12.9 (fifth generation) just because of the price. After all , the Apple brand is over $100.00. I’ve gone through three Apple Pencils. All three quit working when the nib got thin. Changing the nib did nothing. So that’s several hundred dollars down the drain. I admit I use the pencil multiple times daily. Maybe I’m the issue. So I am trying a different pencil brand. So far things are great. Pros: Seamless integration (pairing) with my iPad - It also comes with a USB - C charging cable Magnetic charging Quick response Came with extra replacement nibs Several Color choices - I chose pink Works like a 2nd generation Apple Pencil Pencil tip briefly changes color - Red when charging, Green when charged, Blue when first turned on. I love it. Cons: I have to turn it on when I want to use it. - That is a minor issue - Just something I need to get used to. All you do is touch the top of the pencil and it instantly turns on. I had purchased an apple pencil to match up with my new iPad. It needed to be hooked onto the charge port of the iPad, so I couldn't use the port while the pencil was sticking out dangerously. Then I discovered this marvelous device! It takes a separate charge and clicks off when not in use. So I have the pleasure of forgetting to charge it and it's always ready for use! It does EVERYTHING the brand does, like scribble, write, color, etc. I'm completely happy and also amazed at this convenient, excellent product. Mixed (but mostly positive) bag in this one. Downside first: the wireless charging feature worked for me, but drains the iPad battery endlessly, past the point where the pencil battery is full. A few times I've forgotten to turn my fully charged iPad offnand woke up to it completely dead. It also makes a rather unpleasant "screaming" sound while charging, though I have really sensitive ears so it might not be that big a problem if you don't. Otherwise I think this is a great buy. It's slightly lighter weight than the one I had before, and writes really well. I prefer the sensitivity and feel in the hand over the previous one I owned, and it held up well over a year and a half of heavy usage. (I'm only on the market for a new one now because I've lost it) However, despite liking it overall, the noise and infinite battery drain issue is enough of a con for me that I'm trying a different brand this time, but your mileage may vary. If you always turn your iPad off or leave it plugged in and aren't sensitive to high pitched sounds, it's a great device. ... show more
