I don’t have any complaints about the bed however the instructions were a lil bit annoying & the tools sent to assemble the bed should have extra pieces just in case some of the screws becomes stripped! I purchased the bed and waited Weeks for delivery it came yesterday it had a few flaws which I corrected but imagine my horror and disappointment when I found that the storage units have no bottoms this doesn't make sense to me it's like buying a drawer with out bottoms nothing to hold it. If I wanted to just put clothes on the floor around the bed I would do that I wanted something to keep them in This is a horrible design I feel cheated. This cost over a $1000 and it means nothing for me! I did contact the company and I am waiting for a response... I am upset every time I look at that bed because it has no value to me like it is... (I saw too late) other mentions of no bottom... I really hope there can be a resolution ! ... show more

I have been wanting this bed for awhile and chose this specific one for the cheaper price. It took awhile for the bed to come by scheduled delivery and arrived in 4 boxes. The headboard is in one huge box and it very large. We made the mistake of not taking into consideration the size of the headboard and the set up of our stairs before buying. We quickly realized there was no way possible to get it upstairs without taking it apart in someway. We tried to return it but would be charged a lot to schedule our own shipment and delivery. The company was nice enough to offer a 25% refund as another option to keep it so we just took the partial refund and decided to figure out how to take it apart to get it up the stairs. We decided on sawing a portion of the bottom off and mending it back together which worked. The screws and tools came all mixed together in one bag with no labeling so we had to separate them ourselves and guess which is which. The instructions are also terrible. All together with the sawing of the bed and putting it completely together it took us 9 hours and was a complete pain in the ass. The storage compartments also have no bottom which is weird. Overall it is a very beautiful soft bed but if I knew how horrible of a process it would have been ahead of time I would not have purchased it. ... show more

i’m not even sure where to start so bare with me. came in 4 boxes , head board was in its own box & it was absolutely huge af , not to mention these boxes are saran wrapped like they were moving work for el chapo so that was a task itself. if you have stairs or a small space do not get this bed , took a little less then a month to get here , customer service wasn’t the best but i wasn’t in a hurry anyways & had nothing but time so i was okay. i ordered a queen & it’s definitely huge , screws , nuts , & bolts were all together and not separated but we didn’t mind , took about 2 or 3 hours to put together but it goes by faster once you get the hang of things & get the screws & such sorted out , storage compartments DO NOT have bottoms so in replacement i ordered 3 packs of 10x10 storage cubes from amazon to place everything into & it worked perfectly fine. changing sheets are a pain in the ass now lol , DO NOT get this if you have a big mattress the storage lids will not open properly & you will have to install hinges instead. other then those few issues it’s an amazing bed , i definitely feel like a boujiee b!tch in this bed i love it , and it is a sturdy heavy duty bed! ... show more
