Do get ripped off my the music supply industry. This caes was more protection and a better fit for half the price of a "road case". This case is heavy because it is heavy duty. Would recommend and would buy again.

I just recently bought a Mauser AK-47 and this case fits it with plenty of room for another rifle. Cutting the foam out is not as easy as you would think. I recommend using an insulation knife for a crisp clean cut.

Bought used and to me like brand new. When opening I can feel that is sealed tight, and the foam was simple to outline and cut for what I am storing. It is quite heavy which I expected, but what I store is thin enough that I can have two layers worth of items. Pretty amazing value.

I bought this for my bow. Th case is well built with nice latches. There are layers of foam inside to cut to fit and my bow fits great. Unfortunately I broke my wrist so won’t be able to go anywhere with it for a while!

This is a great case for storing and protecting multiple long guns from the elements and from damage during transport. That said it’s heavy, bulky, and awkward to lug around though so I’m not sure if I’d buy it again over something a bit smaller and more streamlined. If you’re looking for durability over all else, this is your case.
