I have been unable to use the printer at all since installing the belt unit. There are streaks and blotches throughout every printed page. I have followed all the trouble shooting hints on the Brother website and the only solution appears to be to spend another $130 on a new belt unit.     • I was ripped off!!!
I was ripped off! packaging appears to be a genuine brother product, fits fine, but after install unit still displays unit must be replaced shows 5% remaining. I'm thinking this was a used unit. the quality of my print is very low as though I never replaced. I think I was ripped off
