First day on the rope was ok the knots didn’t want to hold as good but lucky it started to down poor with ran and snow ! So I put the rope in my trailer at the end of the work day and by next morning it was dry .. used it that day and the rope broke in ,, seems to be holding knots much better now lol .. I’m happy with the rope I feel pretty safe in the tree so don’t be discouraged the first day using the rope gotta break her in I guess lol .. I have tried several climbing ropes from Amazon. This is probably the best one for a traditional closed climbing system. Rope bends very well and the friction hitches will not run like some other tighter woven ropes.

It has a good feel in my hands and low stretch. Easily tie knots and hitches with it. I do wish it had a sewn eye at one end but still a great rope. I've used a figure 8, petzel zigzag and hitch knots to descend out of trees with it smoothly.
