We bought this item July 8 224 we used it for our first time last week and it leaked terribly! We tried to tighten it but it still leaked. I was going to return it through Amazon where we bought it but the return window closed so now I’m stuck with a cooler I paid ALOT! Of money for that is worthless! Totally disappointed. 100 percent! I had wanted to return and get another one to see if we had gotten a defective product but can’t. So people check it out when you get it right away. Don’t make the mistake we did. Now I’m stuck! Not to mention it didn’t keep drinks even cold. Very disappointed. Edit I did call customer service at Amazon and we were able to get a replacement sent and return this defective one. Which I’m happy not to have to deal with a huge loss! Thanks Amazon! Let’s hope the next one is good. ... show more

I see the leak reviews,must have been a Monday cooler. We have no leaks,it is lighter then a y_ti....the latches are easy to open,not rock hard in the cold! Holds ice for days,THE BEST WARRANTY IN THE BUSINESS,you break it or get tossed out of the wheeler,COVERED FOR LIFE. Will buy again.......thanks Amazon and Pelican. ... show more
