Description

Made In Italy. The Viaggio Flex 120 has the unique capability to fully accommodate a child's growth with its 4D Total Adjust Technology. This means the booster can be adjusted in four different locations: 1) the headrest can adjust to five different positions vertically, 2) the upper backrest adjusts three positions vertically, 3) the side wings can expand out three positions, 4) the seat can recline five positions. These adjustments can be made independently from each other, allowing for a truly original experience in comfort. Securing the Viaggio Flex 120 to the car is made easier with the integrated rigid LATCH, equipped with a blind lock attaching system which prevents the seat from being accidentally released by another passenger. The rigid LATCH can tuck back into the base, allowing for an easy installation with just the seat belt. An aluminum-reinforced backrest ensures safety and protection against whiplash in the case of a front-end accident and additional protection in the event of a rear-end collision. EPS throughout the side wings and headrest also serves to absorb energy during a crash. The backrest of the Viaggio Flex 120 can fold down onto itself when not in use, even while attached via rigid LATCH. Transporting and storing the seat is also made easier because of the folding capability, making the booster one of the most practical around.

Few standout features: - Very comfortable head rest and shoulder area for naps - No arm rests (let's 3 kids sit side by side more comfortably, let's young ones more easily buckle/unbuckle themselves if they're responsible) - Back can recline if your seats in the second row go backwards, this very flexibly and properly reclines as well. I pulled it out of the box set it on my front porch and proceeded to fall asleep in it for an hour it is more comfortable than my La-Z-Boy recliner. Adult perspective adult reveal my specific vehicle. It makes it so that I can see over the steering wheel and it properly positions, the shoulder belt because of the shoulder belt guide adult total sitting hight less than 32”.. shoulder sitting hight 22”.. with physically the same chest torso, + Head of 12 year old it’s rib cage guards fit me and it’s smallest position with the back and headrest and highest position despite that the national Highway traffic safety administration is convinced you can’t operate a vehicle from a booster seat. It honestly would be safer for a lot of us. these are attachable, especially with retro kits also available yes you could attach these safely into a driver seat. Can somebody please tell me why the National highway Traffic safety administration completely denies the fact that short drivers exist. My weight is 10-20 lbs over product intended weight. It supports me perfectly. It feels like I’m sitting in a race. Carseat absolutely 100% awesome even if the National highway Traffic safety administration made it so that it wasn’t so-called illegal for a driver to operate in a booster seat, especially considering their loss, says that a driver can use any device to make it so they can properly see over the steering wheel and seatbelt position but yet it says at the same time that you’re not supposed to use a high back booster seat, which is safer than foam wedge cushions think about that and if this fits me and it’s nowhere near maximum position, it is currently it’s highest back and headrest height, but it’s rib cage guard fits me in. It’s smallest position if you add my entire weight and height I’m only the size of a 16-year-old yet. I am a full grown driving adult nowhere near 16 way over. Why don’t adults deserve the same protection in a vehicle that a child can get. How’s your view of the road and seatbelt position? ... show more

I wrote a longer review on the Shuttle Plus, but we ended up keeping both the flex and shuttle plus. Both are exceptional products head and shoulders above the rest of the pack, better in literally every way from any of the other older child dedicated boosters we tried. Maximum adjustability, tallest height accommodation, easiest and sturdiness installation, best comfort and protection by a mile. The flex is almost identical to the shuttle plus, but has the advantage of no arm rest making it easy for my daughter to buckle herself. We intend to keep our children in high back seats for as long as possible based in the studies that show no protection from backless seats, and 60% reduction of injuries from high back seats. This one has the Best fit, best comfort, easiest installation, easily fits 3 across, super high build quality, and able to accomodate taller children easily unlike most other boosters. I’m gunna be honest, I loved this car seat at 1st. Super easy to take in & out of the vehicle which is a must for me. But today, WHILE WE WERE DRIVING DOWN THE RD, the seat folded in half on my son. Now yes, it is meant to fold for travel, however, I’ve never done this. The seat is completely broken for no apparent reason. It was used solely for its purpose. This is so unsafe & the company said it’s not a manufacturing problem & I could pay to have it repaired. How is this not a manufacturing problem?! You could get this car seat and probably love it like I did, but when it comes to your children, do not risk it. Buy a different car seat. If this could break on me for no reason, how do you think it would hold up in a major car accident? ... show more

    • Very short seat but easier for kids to buckle up

I bought this booster seat because it doesn't have arm rests. We use it in the middle back seat. With our other booster seat, the seat belt kept getting locked so the kids couldn't buckle themselves. It was a real ordeal to get the seat belt to loosen enough to allow it to retract and redo the seat belt. When it didn't lock up, it was still so difficult for them to reach the buckle as they have to reach over the arm rest and way down into the actual back seat. I am happy that those problems are resolved with this seat, and my grandsons love the John Deere logo. The biggest disappointment I have with this seat though is that their legs are not well supported, because the seat is so very short. The main occupant of this seat is an average height 7 year old. It's fine for daily use, but for long rides, sadly I think it would get uncomfortable. I was very disappointed in that aspect of this booster seat. ... show more
