- These terry cloth sisal insoles fit both men and women, and even children with bigger feet. The women's sizes range from sizes W6 to W13, and the men's sizes M6 through M14. Choose the size closest to your shoe size. If you are a half size, pick the next size up and trim to fit. These insoles come in pale blue and black, and are sold in packs of 1 and 3 sets each.

The cut is pretty narrow. I can feel my little toes hanging on the side of the insert. The padding is soft but the sisal material kinda marked the bottom of my Tieks that looks weird. I would have given it a 5 stars rating if it's not too narrow but I can't complain too much as it is not an adjustable insert where you can cut it yourself...it's a pair of precut inserts...if you have pretty narrow fit this pair is for you. I ended up buying a premium felt from childs dream website and cut my own insert and it works better, felt will not leave any markings on my Tieks inside soles. Another reminder, wondering about what size to buy?...I wear US7.5 but my Tieks are US8, this pair of insert I kept is for US8 but it's still short on width and lenght...try US9 for your US8 Tieks...hope this info helps for Tieks owners. 😉

Purchased 3 pairs of these in white and extremely satisfied with their performance and quality. The black ones --- not so much. The Pedag's white terry fabric version has a foam-llke bottom, very comfortable and wash up beautifully. The Pedag's black terry fabric version has a sisal fiber woven bottom. They smelled horrible (like a cat sprayed them) despite arriving in an un-opened package!!! At first, I believed the odor would wash out. Even after laundering them twice prior to first wearing, the odor only increased. They were comfortable but sat in the closet due to the horrendous odor. So sorry I didn't return them to Amazon.

I love these. I've been using them for a long time, and I have many pairs. I can't imagine wearing shoes without socks without a pair of these inserted inside. I pre-spray them with a spray deodorant before I put them in, and my feet stay dry and sweet smelling. There truly are washable, although you should never put them in the dryer. If you are a half size, as I am, in my experience you should go up to the next whole size. When I went down a half size ones, I found that my toes could feel a little edge. Everything by this company is high-quality. Thank you, German engineering.

So these insoles do keep my feet from slipping and sliding and stinking like foot odor, but...ehhhh... The inserts have their own odor that's not very pleasant. And the weaved fabric in the bottom of them is now fraying like crazy, so it looks like little pieces of dried out cut grass are stinking out of my shoes (which have lots of cutouts.) I really wouldn't recommend them unless you're wearing them with completely closed shoes and you don't mind their odd smell that apparently doesn't go away quickly.

Very disappointed. $20 wasted. I ordered a size up based on reviews and insoles are still dramatically too small. My "size 11" measured at an 8 1/2. Look elsewhere. If really daring you could try to order 2.5 to 3.5 up, but at that point youre just guessing, which is apparently what the manufacturer did. Construction seems fine, terry a bit thin compared to pics but feels nice, fibers feel rubbey and have slight weird smell. Came packaged individually in little boxes. Would likely be fine if they fit, but considering they aren't even close, and you can't return, this is a hard pass.

Ladies, these inserts are amazing. They are perfect for heels and flats alike. The pointed tip is great and not easy to find! There seem to be a lot more rounded toe inserts available than pointed ones. For heels you really need the pointed ones. These are soft and I'm so so pleased with the friction/grip they give. You definitely don't want anything remotely slippery in heels! The bottom of the insert is nice and grippy, and the cloth top of the insert offers good grip, too. Great that they're in black, so they won't show any marks or wear. The fact that they are washable would make me give this 6 stars if I could!!
