Pears is an old established soap manufacturer. Their soap is glycerin based, leaving your skin after showering feeling really clean. Also Glycerin is nondrying. Each soap is individually wrapped. The amber color is my favorite. Love the smell too. Highly recommend.

Excellent product that I have been using for over 40 years, but not as good as the original Pears Soap was before taken over by Unilever quite a few years ago. I believe the (slight) drop in the hardness/density of the soap quality the result of not letting it dry out naturally the same amount as before. The "hand" is not quite the same as the original.
