I used it this weekend for a renfaire, first time put together and followed all the instructions. Instructions were easy to understand and its fairly sturdy but needs more supporting weights than it comes with. One bar arrived slightly bent, making it impossible to put the connector pieces on, but was easy to bend back and use with a rubber mallet. Customer service is alao super quick to send replacement parts. We had some 25mph gusts that weekend that did pick up the tent a little, but extra weights should fix that. The roof and sidewall fabric covers and the ground nails are extremely high quality! Customer service is a little difficult, but they have their own hoops to jump through, can't fault them on that. I wouldn't buy it again for my purpose but it's not bad. ... show more

Paid a little more, but i feel like this will last years and years. All those $100-150 Ez-Popup tents dont last one night out side if it rains or wind. We had a pretty windy night with maybe 1/2" of rain. This this is a champ. My wife has a daycare, so our intent is the kids to be outside and when it rains, or have sun shade since we have no trees in our backyard. Since this is up against my house, its stay pretty dry underneath, but i do need to figure out a way to have a rain gutter on the side under the house as it does drip on that side and will run on the concrete, i have good drainage and slope, so hopefully with some sort of gutter system it will stay pretty dry under it. Instructions are very simple, but i did have a #1 pole where i needed a #2, and i was fighting with that for 10 minutes before i notice. I assembly and raised this all by myself. So can be a one person job. I didnt notice the gloves until i was done, since they are in the back with the Wind ropes. So your hands will get real dirty. Also since i need access from my house and wanted another opening to my yard, i pulled back two of the sides. The sides do touch the ground, so if its windy you will hear it swooshing around, i might add something to hold the middle of the panels, but we dont get a ton of wind, so maybe ill be ok. All in All 5 stars! very happy with this canopy as i search thru a bunch of them. Im also checking if i can put a Propane Patio Heater inside, i believe with all the ventilation, i should be fine, and the 9 foot center... hopefully it doesnt melt! ... show more

Purchased recently for Car and Patio shelter . Assembled quite easily. Recommend having 2-3 people to make it easier and quicker. Directions for tarping material was pretty vague but figured it out. I recommend being able to anchor the leg flanges down as I did for more stability against wind gusts. Company was also very responsive when packages showed up a few days apart. For what it is, it does the job! No water gets in during hard rains, holds up fairly well in a windstorm so far. Wish there was side access so I don't have to roll up the side window to get in at times, but all in all a great storage option!

We are very pleased with this 10x20. We have had others. This one is our favorite. It looks great and has stood up to unusually windy storms here. We spend most of our time outdoors no matter what the weather and this has given us more room to enjoy our time. Highly recommend.

I ordered two to use to increase space for clients waiting outside due to COVID restrictions. They are placed in areas that have increased exposure to wind. As such, I wanted to add some bracing. I could not find parts available from a company website so I emailed support from the Assembly Manual. It didn't take long for a company rep to call and Jasmine to send an email asking what I needed. Shortly after my reply, she asked me to send payment via PayPal, which I don't use often. A few emails later, the parts arrived the day I sent payment. More companies should have a customer service focus like Peaktop Outdoor and a customer service rep like Jasmine. I wish she was on my team. This is a great product for the price. I sent both up in a few hours, alone. I'll follow-up after a few snow falls to update for those in northern areas considering this for winter use. ... show more
