Our original carport cover lasted for two years in Michigan weather. Then It began to split at the peak and get various holes in it. The frame is still in excellent shape, so we decided to replace the cover. The new cover arrived with some quality control issues. The hook and loop on the end of one of the pieces covering the vertical pole was missing and the roof contained some imperfections that looked like the start of holes. See the attached photos. Customer service for replacing the cover was excellent, and Donna was kind and efficient. She stated that if holes develop from the imperfections, they will replace the cover.

I love this canopy! I am in Florida and I use it to park my car under. The summers here are hot and this keeps my car cool. I can actually touch the steering wheel when I get in even in the middle of the day. We also get spur of the minute storms roll in. A couple of times I've had to run outside and quickly take down the canopy. Because I've been in a hurry taking the canopy down I have lost a couple of the hooks that secure the side flaps. Kelly, in customer service has been so accommodating and has replaced them for me on more than 1 occasion.

One person can assemble the frame but it takes two-four to flip it over upright to keep from bending frame. You have to interpret pictures to assemble. Takes two people to put canvas on frame. I use the carport for my bass boat. So far so good.

This is a great canopy. I’ve had it for over a year and it has done great even in high winds. I did tie all eight pole ends to bricks. The cover stood up to two brutal hot summers in Arizona before needing to be replaced. I contacted customer service and got super fast and friendly help from Doria for a replacement cover. Good cover, good company. Happy customer!

This 12x20 carport kit went together very easily with 2 people in about an hour. all parts fit well. arrived in 3 boxes undamaged. the poles are not swaged, but have "buttons" that snap into an oval hole in the next pole. the pole set was paper thin, maybe 18Ga galv steel at most. likely 20 ga. the corner connectors were much heavier, maybe 14 ga. all in all it seems like it should hold up. the trap was thin like all of them, maybe a little thicker than a menards blue tarp? not much. I didn't grab a caliper. the only thing that was really lacking on this kit was the ropes and bungees. very low quality ropes and bungees. I don't expect they will last more than a year, maybe 2 before needing to be replaced. All in all it came in good shape, went together easily, tarp fit nice and tight. even looks pretty decent. 4.5 out of 5 for me. definitely better than the big box stores 10x20 shelters, at almost double the price it should be...

The product came on time and in good shape with all it's parts there. Went together pretty well Got the frame for the roof done alone by this old lady but had to have help with the part that lifts it up and into place. That was done by two tall men who finished up the project rapidly. I still have my doubts regarding the spaces between the roof poles and holding up against snow accumulation. There should be one more pole added in between those initial poles for the roof. Have to wait and see. The extra bracing I like for the legs in the cross bar bracing for the roof. Would have liked to see that bracing be on all the roof bars and the leg bars too. Can they be ordered singly to be able to beef up a bit more of the frame.? The legs don't impress me. They should be thicker yet. I will add more later as the weather makes an impact on my new purchase which by the way looks very nice. :-)
