I bought this bike on June 2nd. The bike started having issues in September and would just shut off if I applied the accelerator. It was still under warranty so I contacted support on September 7th. By the 15th they had agreed that it was a faulty battery. They said they would ship me a new one. It took a few weeks but they finally shipped it direct from the factory in China. It didn't seem like there was any urgency on their part but I think the actual issue is that the communication protocol between the support team and the factory needs to be restructured. I did finally receive the battery a couple of weeks after it shipped and it seems to be working fine so far. I'll update if anything else happens but I still love the bike and would recommend the product.

Overall for this price point is not bad, just has some quality issues that could be better or fixed. Plastic fenders were trimmed to fit better and stand off from rubbing wheels. Also had to bend the basket holder as mounting holes were 10mm off probably during welding fabrication. Front wheel motor wire came slightly pinched but still functioning ok. The biggest concern I have now is how hot the charging transformer gets. Also with any bike or car typically lock washers and locking nuts should be used so as not to vibrate off while riding. This bike has regular flat washers and nuts on assembled components.

I bought this bike back in April and I'm already having mechanical issues. I'm constantly having to jumpstart it and I still can't use the electric part of the bike. The battery is fully charged Andy bike still won't work. I was told it's faulty wiring or motor issues.

This is an extremely approachable ebike because it comes with 24 inch tire so it's a lot easier to throw a leg either through frames than a 26 inch ebike
