I just want to say, this E-bike is very impressive. This is my first E-bike ever. I have had this bike now for about a month now and have tested it in my nationhood and in the deep woods of my county. It is very tough and the battery, on fist charge is still going. I only have a bout 30 miles on it right now but will defiantly put more on it. Package came by FedEx, no issues there. I had to help the delivery guy get it into my garage LOL. Nothing was missing or broken, it took me about an hour and half to put the rest of the bike together. I think they says it comes 90% together and they are close. The Alen Rench tool they give you could be better and may help put things together faster. Everything else was fine. I watched some videos on assembly, I’d suggest doing the same just to get familiar with it. Everything works great on first test ride. I bought some better tools also, just in case I need them on a ride. They give you a phone holder, an air pump, cargo bag for the back also. The bike is fast, from what I’ve seen on other videos, I only got it up to about 32 miles an hr. on the hard road myself. I will not be doing that off road for sure. I’ve read reviews and watched videos on this bike which helped in my decision of purchasing this bike. The customer support so far is good. They get back with you quickly if you have any questions or problems. There are bike accessories that should work on this bike as well. I did switch the seat out for a wider more comfortable one, but that was my prerogative. All in all, I would recommend this e-bike to anyone that is interested in adventure. ... show more

I’ve been using this for riding trails and will be using to bow hunt. I’ve read lots of reviews on social media about failing parts. Knock on wood, I haven’t had any issues YET. It has lots of power and some serious zip. I rarely use the front motor. Really only engage it when absolutely necessary which is how I believe it is designed. If you run it full bore you won’t get many miles on a charge. When I trail ride I leave it one PAS 1 or 2 and I can get 50 miles easily if I’m pedaling the whole time. So far it’s a solid bike with lots of power. Great budget bike. I should add, this is my second Ebike. My other one doesn’t have nearly as much power on hills. ... show more

I weigh 300 lbs so I needed a bike that would carry the weight. After a lot of research I settled on this bike. I ride the bike almost everyday about 8 miles to town and back. The battery holds enough charge to make about four trips (about 32 miles). The top speed is set at about 17 mph. I use the bike on peddle assist 95% of the time.     • Overall happy.....but there’s a few things to know

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my husband. He is thrilled with the speed, power and overall quality of the bike...we were especially impressed to find a very large Facebook community around this particular bike and have received some much needed information and assistance through this community.....The reason for the 4 star rating is twofold....number one... the instructions are OK but not as good as they should be....also, Throw away ALL of the “tools” included because they are cheap, worthless and often don’t fit and are likely to strip whatever you are working on.....be prepared with your own quality tools! Not really sure how or why it happened, but ten days after the bike was received; on a smooth ride with nothing of concern; the rear tire suddenly went completely flat!....to the point that just walking the bike, the rear tire separated from the rim and became a nightmare to move any further!....my husband was left with no choice but to drag it to the closest tree so he could lock it up and call me to come and help which was a few hours later because I was at work. $200.00 later (with a better tire and inner tube) he is back on the road enjoying his bike! We had to take it to a bike shop because we weren’t able to get the back tire off....we later found out from the bike shop that it was because you can’t remove the rear tire nut without first removing the screw that holds the fender in place....just a costly and frustrating experience in a short time span!.... we did a lot of research... look at citizen cycle on YouTube he has some great videos about this bike… Overall we feel really good about the purchase just wanna be honest about our actual experience hopefully it’s not a common one! ... show more

I don’t know much about E bikes, but I do know a lot about fun and this bike is pure fun. I’ve rode this bike further than I’ve ever rode any bike before. It was very easy to put together. Had some problems with the controller but customer service helped immensely they figured out the problem. Sent me a new one right away no charge overall I’m very happy with this Adria 26 it’s very easy to use battery last for a very long time. It’s what you would want in a ebike. ... show more
