I want to say that whoever designed how to pack this sectional is amazing! If you ever have put furniture together you know its not always easy. I must say this was better than most. I recommend sorting all the pieces into alpha order. They just use pictures to tell you how to do it. Your fingers will hurt by the end twisting the allen wrench and it is hard to twist when the wall is super close but it can be done. Oh, the other tool is to hold the nut while you twist the allen wrench. Also some of the screws were stuck together but I was able to un stick them. Now if you are like me you looked at the demensions as will it fit in the space I have NOT how tall the seat is from the ground. The seat is 1 foot 1 inch off the ground and the back rest is 2 feet 1 inch off the ground without cushions. the seat cushion is comfortable and a lime green the back cushion is the same and is a little higher then the back of the whicker. The feet of each piece is chrome plastic and I hope it will stand up to life. So, I've only had it for a little while and it is the end of the season so have no idea if the color will hold up to the sun and out doors. but while ALOT shorter then I expected I really love it. So summer is over and it still looks GREAT! ... show more

This set is very affordable, but probably a little of “you get what you pay for”, time will tell. Quality control isn’t great - half a dozen pieces were mislabeled, but a bit of logic helps you figure that out. Some pieces had damaged corners (scuffed) but not to a degree to make a fuss over. There’s a LOT of bolts to connect and it helps if you have some better tools available than the ones that come in the box. Assembly instructions are OK but not great, but it’s not rocket science. Set looks great, we’ll see how it holds up, especially the pillows. Also - white throw pillows are probably not the best choice for outdoor furniture? ... show more

Assembling the set was pretty straight forward once you figure out the way the pieces go together, just be careful on the small rectangle piece it needs to go the right way for the legs. Just take everything out of the box and assemble them on a table, it will much easier. Their pretty light so you can just place them wherever when your done. Mine came with one piece missing, I told the company it came within a week. The set looks very nice and the cushions are comfortable. It rained heavily after I assembled it, the next day the top of the cushions were dry but if you lifted them up you could see they soak up like a sponge and take a while to dry out so would recommend getting the rain cover they sell. I have to admit it looks beautiful on my deck. I gave it only 4 stars cause it took some hours to put it together and both my husband and I are very good at this stuff.. the cushions just like the other reviewers do not stay but we plan on putting velcro on them when the weather breaks (no big deal) the color is gorgeous.. we have not put the clamps on to hold together yet. We are waiting till weather breaks and will be outside all the time .. other then the cushions and the time it takes to put together this was a great purchase. Compared to the $2000 ones out there for $550 this was a good buy. ... show more

I love the way it looks, but be prepare to spend the whole day installing the set. I had it for two weeks and so far it’s good. If you not into installing furniture I would recommend to pay for installation, because it’s not easy.

I was looking for a deck set that didn't cost an arm and a leg (aren't we all?) and would stand up to the beating our southwest facing deck in Texas receives. Folks have reported that it'll take a few hours to put together...it will. But once that step is done, it's easily manipulated to rearrange the seats. So far, it's been great. It's comfy and dries quickly when it does get wet. I will say that the cushions do slide around a bit but that's really the only negative. ... show more
