Me and my kids do a daily exercise with these bands and it helps them want to get more involved. They are clearly labeled what strength of band they are and you can feel the difference in them. They are durable and I do not worry about them breaking. I would not suggest sweats or jeans to use these as they just make them slide on your legs. Leggings or shorts is what I’ve liked using best with them.

Peach Bands really are the best bands I've every used. I had to use bands in Physical Therapy (ankle and foot surgery) and these are 100 times better. They don't smell and they are not cover in a weird white chalk. I looked at tons of bands on Amazon some cheaper some more costly but, these really stuck with me. What I liked the most was you can follow them on Instagram @peachbands and they add workout ideas all the time. I thought that was really cool and that I would be getting the most updated workout ideas. To me that is wonderful Customer Servicer that you just don't get any more. Also, Peach Bands start at a higher weight then the other Bands I looked at and end in a higher weight. I also, love the Bag they come in it's cute and looks like it cost a ton. When I showed my hubby the bands the first thing he said was he liked the bag they gave me. That it would fit nice in my gym bag. He pulled on the bands and loved the weight of them. So HUBBY APPROVED!! :-) I took the Light band yesterday and put it on my thighs and cleaned the kitchen and did some house work. Man, it was a amazing workout. I can't wait to use these more. My workout journey is on it's way. I'm 5'2 178 pounds the bands fit me wonderfully.

I mainly bought the Peach Bands Resistance Bands Set because I was sold on the cute colours. All in all this set is a solid 4 stars. I did initially notice the rubber is a little thinner than other bands I've had in the past and that also leads to them slipping and twisting on my legs. I don't think it would be as much of an issue if your legs aren't pencil thin - but I'm finding the bands quite loose. As far as using them for working out they seem to do the job. They don't feel like they'll be splitting anytime soon with stretching and seem to be very durable. The logo is cute if that's important to you and the set looks just like the photos. The cute carry case was definitely a plus too.

I bought my first set of peach bands while deployed to Afghanistan in 2019. I used those bands 3-5 days a week. The last of that set finally broke a few months ago. I am truly amazed at how well they held up, that I had to buy a new set. If you look at my pictures, you might be able to see the thickness difference from the first set of x-heavy compared to the new set of x-heavy. These bands feel way more durable than the first set. The x-heavy bands feels like it’s a heavier resistance, but I am loving them! I’m hoping these last just as long if not longer than my first set! Will continue to buy these when this set fails!

These bands have a great color and come in a handy bag and yes, you can take them anywhere. The biggest problem is they are THIN and do not lay flat. They roll up like a cord and become painful to use them. They have definitely caused bruises on me. Not my favorite product.

These bands are everything i wanted and more. What caught my eye were the colors then the name. I was a little hesistant on the price because Amazon did have cheaper options but i couldnt pass up something so cute so i decided to go with this. So glad i did. They come in a cute packaging with a bag that keeps them all together. I have a toddler so that really helps me. But the bands themselves are amazing. I used the bands on my legs which i have a lot of strength and the medium resistance was a struggle which im so excited about. A lot of bands ive bought i usually have to start at the heaviest and sometimes thats not a real challenge. I will definitely get my money's worth from these bands. They feel Great and made of quality.
