I have been looking for a new headset since my previous turtle beach headset broke and my friend recommended this to me and it’s an amazing headset!! The audio is amazing and I’m not used to headsets with this kind of mic but now getting used to it, it’s fine. The only issue I have is my friends say i sound like i’m far away but it’s probably cause i haven’t set up the mic volume correctly but it’s great otherwise! When I reached out to customer service (PDP) they told me I would need to purchase another headset because they don't sale the dongle anymore.
