I have had this headset for a couple months and have had no problems. There is a volume adjuster on the side of the headphone that is nice to use. The head strap adjusts a bit to become bigger or smaller. Fits nicely on an adult and a child. Microphone works as it should. Not too uncomfortable either. Unfortunately we never were able to get the microphone to work. We tried every adjustment on the Switch and nothing helped. I'll try buying them again... hopefully we just happened to get a faulty pair is all.
