I was a religious Sole footbed user for years, but they changed their insole material to garbage recycled cork and those self destruct with very little running. I bought out every plastic legacy Sole that I could find years ago, but I'm almost out of those, and these look like a decent replacement. They are about the same thickness and stiffness and those were, arch support is in a slightly different spot (maybe further back?) and the heel cup isn't as deep as the sole. These are a little narrower than the Soles were, which is fine because I always had to trim the Soles to fit running shoes. These have much higher arch support than do superfeet. No way to judge longevity at this point, but the price is 1/4 to 1/3 the competition I'm discussing.

As you can see, these insoles really help straighten my ankles. I can feel the correction all through my legs when I walk, without any discomfort. The only thing is, they don’t fit in all my shoes. Naturally, wider shoes or shoes that run a little bigger are better for these (goes for most insoles). I also anticipate these will wear over time as they do not feel particularly durable. Overall I am happy with the purchase for the price and enjoyed my first day walking with them.

The last time I bought these was in March 2022, and I really didn't need to buy another pair! I threw them out just for cleanliness, but they looked the exact same when compared to the new ones I bought, except dirtier. They never lost their shape despite daily use. I felt these were nice arch supports but purchased my typical size and half of my big toes hung over the side. Weren’t really wide enough for me and not sure if the larger size would be any wider. Nice supports though, just did not work for me.
