This wood is extremely flimsy. One of the side rails had a fully stripped screw in it that you could just pop out of the hole. We reinforced it with an extra screw. The wood was so soft that my 16 year old son had no trouble just screwing it in, no drill needed. I did lots of research to see if the would be adequate for my 65 lb goldendoodle. It’s not. He looks like Gulliver in/on/near this thing. He practically has to army crawl to get in through the door. The floors are wobbly and do not lie flat. So every time he goes up onto it, it clacks. The side pieces are stapled together. Not well. Some parts have multiple staples that look like they were just slapped in there. Some have staples not even in fully. I’m severely disappointed in the quality for $250. This thing is with $100. Maybe. And would fit a corgi. Not anything much bigger. I suppose it’ll last a little bit. Until I find something more adequate. All in all. Even if your fur baby is small, don’t waste your money. ... show more

This house is not sturdy and didn’t last 1 month. The bottom fell out and the deck came unattached from the house from the weight of our pets. I am only giving 2 stars because customer service was easy to work with and I did get a full refund when I contacted the company.

Awful product. The slates are constantly breaking and sharp nails (more like pins) used to hold the slats in place protrude up through the flimsy wood. Dangerous for pets and humans alike. The wood (if that's what it really is) is awful ... constantly cracking and breaking. Just an extremely poorly made product. Has MADE IN CHINA stickers all over it...they shouldn't brag about it. Wish I could give this product a score less than 1. JUNK ... show more

Not bad, but. You will need some knowledge of woodwork cause the instructions are not clear of how to build it. Another thing you will need some washers and a hammer with nails, cause how is build isn’t the quality, some parts are loose. Probably took me an hour and half to build it.

This is a pricey item, I think. I would not mind if I had the whole thing. I only received box 2of 2 and the seller has not responded to 3 messages. I just need the first box. Some time later- item still in use and is very nice.
