Appears well made and handle assembled with no problems. Have tried for several years to just find the rake head which wears out or deforms much quicker than the handles. This head comes separated from the handle so I know there is someone producing the heads, but can't find a retail outlet for them. This is the best and closest I've come to finding such. I bought this rake as I was looking for a steel tine rake to replace a molded plastic rake which was effectively useless. To that end, the rake is shipped to you in four pieces; 3 piece handle and the rake head itself. As advertised, the setup is "toolless" and it will go together that way but I wasn't able to even walk out to the garage after putting it together before the handles were spinning in place. More specifically, the staple that is used to hold the plastic adapter and the wood handle together pulled apart on both ends resulting in handles that slide out. This was easily fixed by running a small washer and screw thru the end of the handle to re-join everything but I hadn't even raked a single leaf before it broke!!! ... show more
