Perfect for my 3 year old! It does have some power to it, but once he learned how to control it, he loved it. Our 4 year old neighbor has also played on it and even he had some room to grow on it. Hopefully we can get a few years of play from it. Easy to put together in about 30 minutes for my husband.

The media could not be loaded. The battery arrived uncharged. We had to wait a day to turn it on. If it's a gift, buy it in advance to charge it. After charging, it only lasts a day. We charge it every night so he can use it during the day. It works great for my 4-year-old. In fact, he takes his 7-year-old sister on it, and the two of them ride together. It's great.

I really wanted to love this for our 3 year old. Truth is; it’s extremely small. Like, he’s 3 and looks like a giant on it. It goes so extremely slow and the battery died every 5 minutes. He was disappointed because it was from Santa and we wanted him to LOVE it and he did, until he asked us 1 month later if we could give it away because Santa gave him a broken one that was to small and he thinks it was supposed to be for his 1 year old brother because it’s so small. It wasn’t hard to put together. The whole thing is cheap plastic. Not durable. Really really wanted to love this, but I would say pass.
