This is a really nice eye gel with a unique metal applicator built-in which always seems to provide a cooling effect for around your eye area. As of this review, it's a new product so long term, it remains to be seen if I see any major benefit in terms of helping firm up my under-eye and eyelid areas. I can say the gel feels rich and emollient, definitely non irritating (I have very sensitive eyes), and it also seems to stay on the skin a long time too. The way it makes my eyes feel after applying it is very soothing, especially after a long day of working at the computer. I’ve been using this product for about a week morning and night and I’ve noticed an improvement in eye puffiness and increase in brightness. Slight decrease in dark circles. No stinging and a soothing feel. Much better than the dermatological eye product I was previously using and half the price. I get the concept of the silver application tip but feel like I overuse the product using it that way. I prefer dispensing the right amount on my finger and just pat on around my eyes. I have been using this product for about a week now and have noticed a significant difference from other eye creams. This is the difference 10 minutes after application. As you can see it brightened and hydrated around my eyes and I actually look alive and way less tired. I have also noticed my eyes stay hydrated throughout the day unlike most eye creams, that would leave my eyes dry within a couple hours. Definitely worth the money! ... show more

    • Disappointing product for a Paula's Choice Devotee
When I purchased this eye gel it had just come out and didn't have any reviews, but being a big PC fan I took a leap of faith. I purchased this mid-October and have used it every night as directed -- it has lasted me almost three months. I waited until I finished the tube to write my review. The RESIST eye gel was $33 at the time of purchase, so for ~$11/month, this saved me a LOT of money compared to the Chanel cream I had been using. I have fairly sensitive skin, and did not have any irritation or get milia. The product stayed put around my eye area, and on the rare occasion actual product got in my eye, it was completely painless. That's about where the positivity stops. The texture of the gel is smooth but dries down a bit tacky. I noticed no "cooling" effect from the metal applicator, and the shape of the tip itself is quite awkward. The tube design makes it near impossible to dispense the last bit of product. If I used more than the directed pea sized amount, I would wake up to VERY dry looking under eyes. I am 27 years old and starting to develop faint lines under my eyes -- I was hoping I could see some improvement (or stop time!) with this product. Unfortunately, the results were minimal at best. I didn't really see any difference in my developing under eye lines, for better or for worse. Overall, I am not super excited about this eye gel, but I wouldn't rule it out completely. The price point is great, it is non-irritating, and it has some great powerhouse ingredients. Everyone's skin is different and although this formulation was a miss for me, someone else might have success with it. Still searching for the perfect eye cream.... ... show more

I've ordered this twice. But not because I ran out. The packaging quality is really bad. After 1-3 uses it breaks at the tip. This is not good for sanitary purposes. I also can't use the applicator tip anymore because of this issue. It's happened twice!! I also get irritation and puffiness but I thought that was normal.? ... show more

Wow, I've only been using this product for a short time and can already see and feel improvement. This reduces bags and wrinkles around the eye area and never gets into the eye to cause soreness. It's expensive, and I wondered at first whether it was worth spending all that money. But I'll order this again and again. Best product ever for eyes! ... show more
