I have been using this product for many years. In my option it is the best hair glue on the market. It is easily washed out of my hair and only a small amount is required to do the job without getting too stiff or too sticky.

    • Not the replacement I need for Joico Spiker
I have been on the hunt for a replacement for Spiker since it was discontinued. This is not what your looking for. It is a very thin consistency compared to Spiker and dries with more of a wet look. I get that I shouldn’t remove stars only because it isn’t the same as another product. The stars are removed because the next day, this product leaves your hair very oily. Spiker was dry the next day so you could restyle if you didn’t have time for a shower. ... show more

Depending on your hairstyle, this product can be hard to work with. Put to little and it dries almost instantly. You'll get a dry wind blown look but it'll be hard to style. Hardly any lifting power at all. Put to much and and your hair will fall flat and look wet all day. Don't get any on your forehead or it'll feel like a layer of glue on your skin. To much of a pain to work with to be honest. I have medium length straight hair. I normally style it with a messy spikey look. This product was terrible for me. It was difficult to lift my hair. I get the same results from the no name gel brands at the local store. Much better products out there. I'm honestly surprised at all the good reviews. ... show more
