I have curly color treated hair. It smell nice but didn’t leave my hair as soft as I wanted. It was full of tangles even though I pre-shower brushed it. And some of my color washed out

As soon as I opened the bottle I knew this was not the product I ordered even though it was packaged that way. Color, texture and scent were all off - color especially noticeable when I dumped into dispenser that had same product in it, and not same consistency as every other bottle I'd ordered previously from another supplier. Did not work like usual on my hair either. Will not be buying from this supplier again because it appears they're selling counterfeit Paul Mitchell products! ... show more

I’m not sure if my average hair loss when washing has increased or if I’m just more aware of it now, while trying a new shampoo/conditioner. The stench of factory is super strong, it may have been scented but I can’t tell over the smell of the chemicals. I gave it a few tries but ultimately… I’m waiting on a replacement from a different brand. I’m positive Paul Mitchell would NOT release the product I received. Buy it from your salon, not Amazon. If I could return it for a refund I would but I waited too long and now I’m out of the return window and I’m not sure they would even accept a partially used bottle. I love this conditioner! I have very thick hair and I only need to use a small amount- a little goes a long way with this stuff. It INSTANTLY detangles. It's almost magic at detangling. I haven't had any other conditioner that does a job like this with a small amount of product. While it does make my hair soft and shiny, it doesn't make my hair completely frizz freefree. I have long hair that has a lot of curl in the back. This is the only product I have found that makes it possible for me to comb out my hair easily after washing, I have tried all types of conditioners and it's a painful, long process to get all the tangles out....until I found this product. I put about two inches of this product on my hair after washing, while I'm still in the shower. Then I use a wide tooth comb and the tangles are a breeze to get out. I then rinse it out and voila!!!
